I decided to do an association with the suns.(great potential)

1st season:
no major improvements
some roster moves based on player morale
traded for top pick in draft

Offseason:
had the 2nd and 3rd picks
selected Jabari Parker and Julius Randle
lost the Morris brothers in free agency
locked up bledsoe and tried to go for drummond(pistons matched offer)
signed backups varejao and pressey

Starters:
bledsoe
goodwin
parker
randle
len

Bench
1.varejao
2.pressey
bunch of lower people, forget names

I am 4-2 with the Rockets and I just had a great game against LAL where I won by hitting a 3 with 1.6 seconds left with Jeremy Lin. I am passing the ball well and everybody has their fare share of points. James Harden is leading the team in PPG. Don't have the stats in front of me but when I do I will give a more in depth post.

After getting swept in the first round by the Thunder, I hope to get a better seed this year.

12 in power rankings, Derrick Williams almost got sixth man, the suns proposed the trade of their pick and Len for Derrick Williams, my pick, and Budinger. Signed mills and world peace with one year team options.

Interestingly, the Knicks got Rondo in a trade that sent Marcus Smart and Iman shumpert and others for Rondo and some fillers.

Hardaway and Schroeder both were on the All-rookie 2nd team, while k-love was on the all NBA third team. Deandre Jordan was top 10 in rebounds, second in bpg, and averaged 14 ppg. Rubio ended up 2nd in apg.

I like that Rondo trade. I heard that the knicks are trying to deal Shumpert and a few others to Boston for Rondo in real life so its cool a trade like that happened.

I can't get my team chemistry to move past 10%, anyone know if this is a glitch? I've simmed thru 2 seasons and it hasn't moved. I know if you make a lot of trades it drops, but I didn't make any during the second season. I think its a glitch.

What suggestions do you have to get through seasons quicker? If I play all 82 i'll never make it. I'm thinking about simming most of the games against poor teams, and playing the ones vs better teams.

Anyways, my Pistons are 3-1, just dropped a tough game against Indiana. I'm going to move Smith because he's a disaster at SF and Detroit is weak at the wing positions. I can get Trevor Ariza for Villanueva and a pick which is intriguing. Plan on sending Smith to Orlando for Afflalo and Maxiell eventually. Then I have Stuckey who is a pretty good player in this game who's an expiring deal which I could get some value for, hopefully a first rounder because Detroit isn't going to have one in the draft unless they are in the lottery.

I'm just trying re-shape the roster. There's a lot of talent but it's all bunched up at the 2 guard spot and the power forward position. All I really have at SF is Kyle Singler who's a nice rotational player and that's it. Pope can play a little bit there but I like his size advantage as a 2 guard. Between Smith who's out of place, and Stuckey/Villanueva expring deals, I have some valuable pieces.

I was just wondering if anyone has had any surprises in terms of player development..?

I have Archie Goodwin and I really want to turn him into an eventual star but I need some tips on developing him.

Archie is easily one of the youngest players in the league, so his potential is high. He's an athletic finisher who can't do much but finish at the rim. In order for you to turn him into a star, you'll have to work on his jumpshot which could easily take 2-3 seasons. Also I assume he could turn into a star on defense with his length and athleticism. The key with him is time.

Carrick Felix has always progressed well for me. He is usually a mid-upper 70s SG in year three.

I picked up Trevor Ariza for Villanueva and pick. Now I'm just trying to move Josh Smith, but not having a lot of luck. I was trying to get a package including Noel from Philly but I can't really match up the money to get it done. Then their GM started ignoring my calls. lmao.

So apparently, completing a development drill will improve a player's morale. Gives a nice little bump to guys who are complaining about minutes or don't like their role.

Got my Celtics association going and hoping to not restart this again. First, I made a trade to unload Courtney lee and 2015 2nd pick for Fournier, Mosgov and their 2014 2nd pick. It looks okay for both as fournier is a 3pt specialist off the bench, averaging 11pts and 48 3pt %, while i started mosgov to add a big man inside averaging 6 and 5 reb after the trade.

Suddenly, we kept losing games so put Faverani back as starter and so far we are doing ok with 7-5 record.

The only problem with this trade is 3 of my players are now unhappy, brooks, bogans and hump due to roles and PT. so i may need to make 1-2 trade moves before the deadline.

My plan is to rebuild the franchise using young core and not depend on a superstar FA in the offseason so what i care more about is to have future picks rather than large cap space. I traded my 2015 1st pick and 2014 2nd pick to ATL's 2014 1st pick and 2015 2nd pick, they are currently 4th seed with 9-4 standing. On the 2015 season, i dont plan to get 1st rounders and rely on the existing young players.

Next up, Spurs

Traded brooks to the rockets for their 2014 1st pick and 2015 2nd pick as they are first seed in west and harden is playing hurt. I then waived bogans and signed dooling back with C's.

11-8 standing 6th seed.
