Level 3 signature skills glitch

I'm going to start it off is don't get level 3 catch and shoot signature skill it is glitch bought for my shooting guard and went 1-8 from the field I run plays and on HOF/SIM The game before on level 2 I was 4-6 from the 3pt line

Just played Couple games and the it's wide open misses excellent release, and I'm running plays

works totally fine for me & i know at least 10 more people that dont have a problem with it either

Same thing for alley-ooper. Level 2 with max pass rating and I was connecting on alley oop passes every time. A good challenge would result in a missed dunk instead of just a flubbed pass with a turnover. With level 3, I was missing wide open oops with good angles more often than I was connecting. I turned off the sig and was connecting regularly again without the skill.

This is something that existed in 2k13 as well. Finisher, acrobat, dimer, etc. all had problems with third tier of the sig.

You could have just had a bad shooting game. I have level 3 'Deadeye' and 'Catch and Shoot', some games I have really good shooting games from mid-range, like 10/10 on open shots or 8-9/10 on slightly contested shots and I've had games where I've shot 0-3/10 on those same shots.

You should have started it this thread off as more of a question than a statement and after last year and the finisher(maybe acrobat) skill being bugged in MC it would be a valid question if this is happening in multiple games(10-15 not 2-3) in a row.

wouldnt be surprised... i didnt buy level 3 of any skill this year, because this issue (with finisher) was present last year

So I took off catch and shoot and just used deadeye and I went 4for5, 3for4, and 5for8 so I then took off deadeye and used catch and shoot and I went the 1for4 1for5 and 1for8 all design computer plays wide open some with a hand in my face I bought level 3 catch and shoot this morning! And I got couple friends who have level 3 catch and shoot and deadeye and their deadeye of glitch! So yeah I made a statement and maybe I shouldn't but to late now!

I never had a problem with catch and shoot level 3and helps me a lot when my teammate passes to me for the buzzer beater. I do agree there is always bad shooting nights.

if i recall correctly, you are the one who has a myplayer that cannot dunk, although maxed out .. a problem that quite a few experienced in last year's version of the game .. as well as the allstar weekend glitch still being present(sims rest of season)

i did not say that a majority of the glitches were present in this game, but that i took precautions with certain things ... mycareer wasnt changed much this year, and from what ive heard, some of the same issues are still present

Sounds like the OP has done what I first did. Playing excellent games, then suddenly you miss 2 or 3 shots to start the next game so you get annoyed and try forcing it. Now if I miss 2 shots in a row, I back off the offensive end until I get a lay-up/dunk or try again the following quarter. You have momentum shifts on your player. You can have a cold 1st half then heat up in the 2nd half or vice versa. It can also happen between quarters or being benched

I'm saving up to buy some level 3 sig. skills, but with all the glitches I keep hearing about (and getting screwed by the finisher one last year), I'm wondering which ones are safe. Anybody had problems with tenacious rebounder, shot creator, or ankle breaker lvl 3? I've already heard some people have trouble with catch and shoot, and I'm guessing the finisher glitch is still there.

I also have a level 3 issue on the PS3 for 13. Yesterday I upgraded the signature skill pickpocket from 2 to 3. Now I experience foul whistles very regularly and hardly can make a steal.
After reading through some forums this seems to be a bug.

So, is there any way to "downgrade" back to level 2 or to "repair" the save game? I dont care about the 4000 VC, I just want to play the way I could do before.
