I can't wait fot November 15th. Seems like forever. 2k amazing job on the game and success. The game looks absolutely amazing and real. Life as i know it will end on the 15th. This is what next gen is all about. This is why we preordered a next gen system.

I feel you. Just wanted to share the info. I just went to the blog and typed "gameplay" in search.

We are on the same page.

My only questions are
1) What happens next gen if every team can 50 to 60 percent from the field every game, and people don't care because the game looks great?
2) What happens next gen when people are scoring 80 to 90 points in a 24 minute game, and people don't care because the game looks great?
3) What happens next gen when the insider kills the rosters again and people don't care because the game looks and moves this realistically?
4) If the consumer doesn't care why should 2k care?

The other basketball game and BF4 i would be extremely disappointed if that happened for next gen though Graphics would not keep me in it

I'm the only person in my group of friends that is getting a launch console and a sports game on top of that. I don't know many sport gamers personally, including athletes I know that love basketball but won't play the virtual version. I also am operating on the fact there is no demo since they haven't confirmed nor deny it. So yeah. How will I get to play it if there's no demo? (for me or the retailer?) How would I even know something like that? Its not like they have been forthcoming with important info lol

I'm not asking for gameplay really, I'm asking for the meat of the series, the presentation(you know you can see that with your eyes) The commentary, and how mygm operates etc, The park. Core features that decide if a game is worth purchasing. Ya know? things like that you can see with the eye. I'm not talking about 5mins of a qtr type stuff. That will come.

Gameplay is the meat of the series. Actually it's pretty much the meat of any video game.

Ugh, Please read my posts before you bash them. lol I never said this wasn't impressive. I never said anything was wrong with releasing this blog as it caters to the broader market. I'm saying to me, OS its nothing new. Just a bunch of new players being captured in a zoomed camera. IGN, OS, broke the ecomotion in depth already. Sony was there, filmed some stuff and held on to the news for 2 weeks. Like I said, nothing new. Its only my opinion, please don't take it as a fact.

Well of course, but he thinks I'm asking for a standard 5 on 5 play where really I just want to hear about more what's coming in the game. Do I need to see it? not necessarily, but do they need to elaborate on it? Yes, they do. Their game comes out next week. How are you going to get diehards to sell your games to the casuals with lack of info? I'm telling my friend he should get 2k and he's asking me what's included. "Mycareer and Mygm, and its looking good too!" "Yeah, but what else?" ...Um, the graphics looking dope! "Ok, ok, but come on tell me more?"

That's something I'd like to know as well. I know Jalen Rose will be in Live. Whether that's like NFL2k5 or just a voice over is yet to be determined. I want to see if 2k will step it up with half time presentation. Its decent, but I'd like to see it mimic a real halftime show and with a more known guy. No offense to the radio host who does the voice overs.
