If you notice in the vid "announcing" their partnership they never SAID it'd be this year but I think something they WILL have set up for next year

yea no tendencies or hot spots have been changed. Havent seen many sig skills added for players either.

Wow, I've been reading through this thread, I got this game on next gen but never got to play the current gen.... So it looks like the same old roster updates as in the past. The reason I was excited about the STATS implementation was because it seemed like 2K was going to finally update players tendencies,hotspots, playbooks etc on a regular basis, but it looks like that is not the case. They haven't release a update for next gen yet but my expectations are low now for true roster updates- so there really is no STATs inc, just the 2K insider, again, yah.....

2K has also announced such features on National Public Radio as it did a piece on NBA2K14. They went on the air to state that they have incorporated Stats Inc into the game.

emotion is a useless rating...technicals dont exist

vertical is easily calculated using standing/max vert #'s >>

I've actually seen a few changes this year. Like Francisco Garcia jumpshot changed from its original. Paul Pierce now missing shots that he would usually make. I mean thats about it. Nothing else I've noticed really.

Yes considering most of them are on draftexpress with their measurements.

But check this out the NG version has editable wingspans and even considers shoulder width and torso/legs length yet everyone in the game is generic. If the online saves didnt take so long I would have already edited the measurements for a couple teams.

Jarred Bayless 90 Mid Range, the same rating in 2k13 but he only made 40% of those shots last season.

I wished 2k wasnt bias in their updates. They only hand pick certain players to do a full update on. (Paul George)

The only thing 2k updates for all players regularly:
-3pt
-Rebs
-Blocks
-FT%
-steals
why not update all attributes for all players & tendency.

The player updates are worse than ever , and it's not even an exaggeration. They just update certain players while ignoring a lot of others (same like every year), but at least in the past the 2k outsider would change more than 4 freaking atributes and more than 1 point per atribute. The only updates we get now are pointless +1 -1 updates.

I'm tired of being lied in the face by this company (it all started with their dev insights) ,seriously read the previous 2k insights, specially the ones about defense... You'll laugh so hard

too bad live sucks so bad that I'm basically forced to buy this game...
