2K13 is a joke right now. I can't even make open shots and combine that with the fact that the shot feedback is glitched 9 games out of 10 I'm about sick of this game right now.

There should be NO REWARD for a open shot. Release ratings , consistency and spot on floor should still determine success

that isn't the issue, the issue is semi contest shots go in at a higher clip than wide open ones.

There should not be a reward, but there should be a DRASTIC PENALTY for shooting contested shots. Do you not agree?

This game is pure ****. Missed a -A minus free throw with KEVIN DURANT ON FIRE AND CLUTCH. Missed a A open 3pointer with KD on fire and with clutch on.

Larry Bird has never missed an open shot in his life. And he has never once made a contested shot..

All this truth aside...how is anyone even getting their team mates to shoot? I got traded to the heat and noone will shoot unless i pass at 1 sec shot clock. If bosh is guarded in the post or by himself he runs out to the 3 or passes away. Even on a break i pass if someone is at the net and they pass it right bac to me... I cant get any assists in a game. Anyone get this to? So unrealistic

Im not seeing this issue online most of the time if the person is wide open they will hit the shot. My issue is with contested shots hitting and the lack of fouls called on layups in the paint.

Its an -A, which means theirs a small chance you still can miss a free throw.

i think alot of people forsake learning releases and instead looking for letter grades. Those grades are wrong alot but if you turn them OFF and learn the release the shots go in alot more.

There is a glitch where if Jump after or right at same time the player is shooting an animation sucks you in and the shooter nearly every single one of them. I had a who was a pro at this in nba 2k13. The best way to contest three pointer is to sprint to shooter. As far as the open misses I know dead eye shooters had this problem in 2k13. Kevin durant was one of the worst at shooting open shots. In 2k 14 I have this problem with melo. but My friend sinks every open 3 with him I think its more of a release issue. Certain sink nearly all open jumpers and miss all contested jumpers that dont't get sucked in the animation.
