For me the tipping point is blue glasses for 91 Horace Grant. I saw it yesterday on youtube bulls 91 lakers 87.

Jordan looks like the created jordan of nba live 2008 or nba 2k7.
No new dunk, no new jumpshot, it are the worst of every 2k.
Kerr face is not good, scottt williams still has the same hairstyle lol. I have never seen him like that.
Kemp faces afraid me, worst that 2k11. And i could go on and on.

Nba 2k11 is 10000 x better that next gen.

87 Lakers x 91 Bulls. NBA 2K14 Next Gen:

Horrible visuals:

- No Kareem Abdul-Jabbah (Michael Thompson as a starter????????)
- James Worthy has no googles (he has always used it)
- AC Green`s hair could not look uglier, it has nothing to do with the guy in 1987
- Horace Grant`s googles are blue, not white!!!!
- Bull`s shoes have nothing to do with the models they used in 1991
- Jersey`s numbers are too small. They should be bigger

Shot clock ticking by the end of the 24 second shot derails from the experience because it sounds out of place.
I also don`t see any improvement in gameplay or commentary.
I`m glad I didn`t spend money on this game. I did not get into the hype, so I`m not one of the million people complaining right now.

It's the little things that count too. Even 2k has screwed up the little things that made them cool.

Your post isn't necessary. Especially since you didn't give examples.

I love the game in next gen! The only thing that I'm seriously disappointed in are the lack of updates to uniforms. I think you guys are tripping. The game play is great, visuals are amazing, and the "earning" VC isn't a huge issue for me. It's a great game & yes there are some things that could be better or different but seriously your disappointed in the game? Idk how... But to each his own I guess.

too many flaws...made it more complicated to use. why not stick with the old menus and options.

The answer is easy, you bought a 8,5/10 game.
This is why i won't buy nba 2k.
Nba 2k13 was a 9,3 game, it was the limit for me.
I waited a 9,9 for nba 2k14 i got a 9,3 for CG and a 8,5 on NG without reason, just because classic team are horrible while it could be perfect.
It is nice to give a note like that 8,5, i thinkthis game is 6/10 maximum.
But it is enough to sell millions game for 2k and nobody see that!!!!

Everybody is falling into the trap.
I understand because i fell into this trap for nba 2k13!!

I understand you!!! Graphiscs are splendid, but for me i repeat give me a ps6 or 7 if horace grant still wears blue glasses i don't buy it.

You are not alone at all. The more time one spends with the game, the bad becomes much more prevalent and game killing. Gameplay really is about all that is good about the game. I can't even say graphics, because only like 50% of the game looks finished graphically and there are too many errors and anomalies to count. Movement started off good, but even that is off right now and I too have experienced input lag recently. Every mode is broken in some way and the overall lack of options and customization are most disappointing. I am curious to see how much patch 3 addresses, but am becoming less and less optimistic about 2K's prospects in regard to saving this game.
