I was having the same issues so i had to edit there key plays stats like someone else suggested. Lance Overall up since he's ballin this year,PG24 Hill defense and 3pt shooting West and Roy Hibbert. In my new season they are 23-11 2nd in the east

Most teams have double the sigs.

On current gen, I simmed a few seasons by adjusting the coaching sliders. It didn't help them have a better record.

Yep, Im not sure why 2k screws the Pacers on sig skills for players. Oddly they took aways Grangers sig but yet they left D Rose with all his as well as overrating him. It just goes to show you that the devs or whoever does these sig skill favors big markets teams and fan favorites, rather than using good judgement and common sense Stuff like this there should be no bias, but unfortunately there is with 2k. IM not saying Granger shouldnt have had his sig skill taken away or even for that matter lowering his rating down, cause I believe he should have, but if your not going to do it to other guys then do it any player. Its obvious the person who does ratings and hands out sig skills for 2k is not to smart basketball wise. Thankfully we can edit ratings and add and take away sig skill how we see fit, instead of being stuck with a incompetent persons view.

Something I've noticed in a couple Association's is that Paul George needs his shooting tendency bumped up.

Have you tried editing them? I don't play with default rosters but I know that they screwed the pacers up. like for example Paul George is the best wing defender in the nba (no competition lol). and lance Stephenson is a great defender and so is George hill and of course hibbert.. Raise players on ball defense and other defensive attributes I don't know why but 2k really underestimated there defense. After that they should be destroying teams 2k just mess up some ratings mostly defensive ratings.

I completely agree with this and I don't know why people don't do it.
Go in to each Pacer player, edit their defensive attributes.

As mentioned, Hill, Stephenson, and George are all above wing defenders, and Hibbert is a great post defender.

Also, for Hibbert's blocks I've found increasing his vertical helps.

Go into coach settings and make everything 50 percent EXCEPT the last slot which is player impact performance I think raise that up to at least 85 I always sim my first season and always get good results with these settings

I've made enough edits now, including sigs that they are consistently winning at least 50 games now. One season they won 61 so I was happy. They were allowing like 102ppg which is still a tad too high imo but at least they are winning now at a realistic rate! Also, this is with no injuries so D Rose etc is playing.

Roster forum! I play with the trifecta roster/sliders and they are 2nd in the east on mine behind Miami. Pretty realistic.
