      Re: sig shot edit suggestions

I think yo can't possibly go for sig shots that just look perfect in some aspects of the animation, because you will most definately get disturbing flaws in other aspects that make a sig shot unbearable in game (like Garnett - Horford, Dirk - Jianlian or Pierce - Banks). I try to go for animations that FEEL right when using them, while not being a disturbance of any kind.
Nobody can tell me Bosh's leg movement looks anything natural when using JR Smith's shot.
Before anyone rejects the suggsetions below I highly recommend to first watch games of those players and then really try out the shots in games or at least in practice.

The "Love" - sig shot doesn't look like Manu's shot, it is missing some aspects of Ginobili's shooting motion but when I pump fake and step
back for the three in the defenders face it FEELS a lot like the "real" Manu doing it. Same goes for Peja shooting open and assisted threes, Tony Parker stopping and popping after his defender went under a screen or Grant Hill shooting 15 footers off the dribble.

      B. Diaw - Quick Launch
      Delonte West - Juwan Howard
      R. Allen - Stojakovic
      P. Pierce - Kukoc
      K. Garnett - Duncan
      E. House - Lee
      J. O'Neal - Brown
      T. Chandler - Alexander
      Peja - Kukoc
      J. Posey - Smooth
      M. Peterson - Quick Launch
      Deron - Smooth
      C. Boozer - B. Gordon
      Dirk - Mayo
      B. Bass - B. Gordon
      Barea - Garcia
      W. Herrmann - Evans
      C. Bosh - Off Balance
      A. Parker - Korver (NO shot in the game is even acceptable)
      Big Bad Bargnani - Jianlian/Dalembert
      Manu - Love
      T. Parker - Kapono
      Amare - Quick Launch
      G. Hill - L. Williams
      M. Barnes - Crossed Arms
      L. Barbosa - Ford
      G. Dragic - Garcia

      Try before you judge.

I have to admit. I know Dirk's shot backwards, and I quite like Jianlian's for him. It's not perfect, but it's much better than the Dirk sig or some of the other suggestions Ive seen

Then I envy you. I just can't stand Dirk not bending his upper body back to shoot over the defender when exploding up in the air during a 1vs1 situation (which is how most of his shots come along). Even though with Jianlian the actual shot (his arms), the high release and the high arc look great, it's absolutely inappropriate to jump forward with a defender right in your grill (Jianlian is ok when he's taken wide open shots, but that's not what he's doing most of the time).

Oh ok, I agree with you 100%. As a set shot, its fine. But it's hard to make a good sig for Dirk when he has so many shot variations

              What about Daqueon Cook?

              or Mario Chalmers?

                  Rondo

I always used Bounce. Neon has Thornton which is pretty similar.

                    Re: Rondo

Both of those forms would be good for someone like Andre Miller IMO (in fact, I use Thornton for Miller), but Rondo kinda has a basic textbook form except he brings the ball all the way to the top of his head.

Something like "Above Head" I guess, but I don't like that form for him.

AK-47's sig shot needs to be changed.

I have 3 options so far for AK47 but can narrow it down.

It's either Walton, Hughes, Foye, Odom, Sheed or Tim Thomas any suggestions?

If you notice AK47 leaves his shooting arm up after he takes a hot unlike he's default shot. I'm leaning towards Hughes or Walton.

I like Jian Lian for Dirk and Bargnani.

And also I need something for Mario Chalmers, any suggestions?

For chalmers I personally like Jamison... It looks good and I have finally found the perfect shot for Zach Randolph... Check out upper flick or something like that. Its really awesome and for Fisher I like J-Rich which looks just like his shot in game.

Can you make changes to the sigs and post them on 2k share? Or that doesn't work?
