adding nog coach profiles and player tendencies to offical 2k roster...currently done with all coach profiles....tendencies so far im on the Bulls should be up on 2kshare at about 8 or 9.

ive been working on updating the roster.
attempting to improve the season/association stats...particularly rebounding.
a few days off yet though. i would say in the next 48hrs i will have a file for portland to do his thing to.


ive also..uploaded a newer version of my game sliders.
simply titled.

I posted the O.S. Outsiders Rosters A & B along with Nogsters V2 sliders (and Living Rosters 12-17-08 and some other rosters and sliders/settings (youngn971, Tomba 2K9) in my Arena Blog in XCHANGE 360 format for anyone that wants these that don't have Xbox Live access.

all credit goes to nog for his excellent coach profiles and tendencies but you welcome anyways i wasted 3 to 4 hours doing that...hope it helps everyone out..currently using them with blue lightning sliders 12 min on Hof game is playing pretty good will post stats if anyone wants to see how it played out.

Overall I liked how the game played seeing how Im a Lakers fan and follow the Lakers more then any other team I wanted to play them to see if they played like the actual Lakers overall they did Kobe ran in the flow of the offense the first three quarters but after I took the lead in the 4th with 5 minutes remaning Kobe turned into Kobe in the clutch made a layup got fouled for 3 point play basically what im saying is Kobe got aggresive during that time just like in the actual NBA when the Lakers are trailing in the 4th but in the end it just wasnt enough and Hedo carried us to a victory with his strong performance which started fairly at the end of the 3rd quarter and carried over to the 4th.

One more thing might have to lower Pau Gasol's 3pt tendency for some strange reason he shot 3 three's when he received the ball on the play double screen pf all three times 1 he had 2 shoot up so the Lakers wouldnt receive a 24 shot clock violation but the other 2 had me shaking my head in frustration other then that I had a good time playing 2k9 again.

looks like i might have to do dis all again tonight or tomorrow seeing how 2k just released another roster with a new dunk package for lebron and amare, plus fa signings got d*** 2k smh

in the next couple of days an update will be released so i advise hanging on man,..

ive re-edited the inside scoring scale for all players, to the same level as the other shooting attributes.... meaning, unlike 2kdefault, and the older outsider rosters which where only a little lower than 2ks inside shooting scale, ive set inside shooting so only the elite scorers, or scoring bigmen are in the 90's and not high 90s either...basically the same scale as the other shooting attributes.
50-59: very limited ability.
60-69: limited ability:
70-79: average to good.
80-89: good to excellent:
90+: elite.

so now there are only a handful of players in the 90's.
the game will be less cheesy, and you will more than before, have to utilize the players strengths instead of just taking it inside to score.
i havent gone overboard though. i still like to keep the roster and attributes in the general facinity of 2ks scale so that its more a universal roster, that any slider set can use, instead of being a specialty roster designed only for certain uses.
i did this along with "haloofduty"'s other finding of dropping the "commit fouls" tendencys of many players so that they actually average teh minutes you assign them, which improves the simmed stats, specifically rebounds..
the star rebounders now get more boards per game with this roster...the team rebs are still lower than reality, but i dont want to go any further in changing up the attributes..

its a pity i cant get the new 2k packages etc..but man, im not redoing all this work just so i can see a couple of different dunks etc...
