Lakers can score a lot in the paint but absolutly not in THIS way!
However with your roster I haven't had points in the paint problems.

Ok. I will start sending you the changes thru email later today. I will upload a roster later today and you can just use it to make edits from it whenever you are ready to start.

Points in the paint ARE up a bit this year, but still...that was rediculous. I need to still get a little bit out and into the 3pt attempts. I dont think theres enough Threes taken per game with the rosters. This is also in part to what is keeping the FG% still 5-8% or so too high on average.

09-10 NBA POINTS IN THE PAINT
        1 Memphis (31-30) 51.1

                  Hey Neon,

here is my personal opinion on who should be on the list as dominate players or just ones who handle the ball quite often for their teams. let me know what you think of them and if you can change the team playbooks to fit the players in to that role.

                  Atlanta Hawks:

Joe Johnson - initiates the offense and takes over past half court majority of the time.

                  Boston Celtics:

Marquis Daniels plays the Point Forward role when Rondo is on the bench.

                  Charlotte Bobcats:

Stephen Jackson sometimes brings the ball up when Felton is out allowing Augustine to play off the ball.

                  Memphis Grizzlies:

OJ Mayo runs Point a bunch when conley sits down.

                  Oklahoma City Thunder:

Kevin durant obviously is the focal after Half Court.

                  Portland Trailblazers:

Brandon Roy plays PG role when Miller is out of the game allowing Bayless to focus on scoring after driving to the basket.

                  New York Knicks:

Tracy McGrady - The past 2 games he has run PG effectively for the offense and may stick in that spot with continued success.

Those are just a few suggestions. Also is there a way to highlight the prominent 3pt shooters more often in the offense? for example Golden State where most everyone chucks three's every night. just wondering if the playbooks allowed that?

I dont think i should tweak the playbooks for any of these except maybe Joe Johnson and TMac.

Reason why is because the playbooks wont care WHO is on the court, the position will ALWAYS dominate the ball regardless of which lineup is out there.

LBJ plays 40 so he always dominates the ball. JJ and TMac may be able to get away with it, but the other guys sound like its more a "situational thing" not the norm for the whole game.

I can probably do it for Hedo also. Kobe too.

I tinkered with profiles AGAIN. GS and everybody should take a more appropriate number of threes.

                    RE: Earlier questions
Lakers, i will re-test in a bit after Grizz vs Jazz (P.I.T.P & FG% testing).

ak47 no longer looks like Shaq out there btw

                      Hey Neon,

Thanks for the quick response. I agree on the changes for T-Mac and Johnson and also like you said adding in Turkoglu. The others I just suggested as they touch the ball quite often but for example with Marquis Daniels he only runs the point with Rondo out of the game and I doubt the computer would recognize enough to let him run the PG spot instead of Nate Robinson.

Are you going to add in any d-league players that are on NBA rosters? Reggie Williams on the Warriors, Mike Harris to the Wizards, Conroy to the Rockets, Temple to the Kings.etc? I can add them in on your next roster update if you'd like?

Also have question, is there anyway to take a player from another roster and export him on a created team and import him on another roster? also can you do it without any glitches? just wondering because the new Official update has Von Wafer and a few others in there I wanted to add in.

Also are you gonna release an update today at any point? what will it include?

I actually goofed up a bit.

I added caps for Von Wafer, Mike Harris and a bonus national quick play team earlier this week, BUT i added them to the wrong version roster.

Is there a way to steal the Official Von Wafer and add him to the roster? Or do i have to cap him again?

And yes, ill upload in at 12pm and then i'll continue editing (if my son cooperates).

                          Neon,

Thanks man for the status update. Hope everything is working out with your lady and I hope the job market is treating you decent as I know times are tough right now.

I haven't figured out a way to get players off of other rosters and copy them in to the roster your working on. I tried to get the official Von Wafer CAP from the new official update by creating a new team and then importing them in to your roster, but the problem I found is that it said I can't trade or release players from created teams. I didn't know if there was a work around that you or anyone else knew about?

I wouldnt think so. I tested Memphis vs Utah, which by design should get the most pitp (Memphis avgs 51, Utah 48).

And they finished with a total of 53 and 42 respectively (score 100-88).

Im back at editing, let me know if theres any thing needing attention.

Try to keep an eye out for anymore supersized players (like AK was) Mike Finley was supersized too.
