    This is the main issue I saw when not playing with your base file. Way too many rushed/fading or leaning shots when there was no reason for it.

      guys, why don't we all collaborate and do 1 big roster? ronyell has something together where we will have nogsters roster + CAPs + shoe / accessory edits + DC dunk + DC potential / hustle edits (based on last years plus tweaks and his logic) + contract edits + signature edits. we took a look at this and ronyell thought this was not based off of nogster's latest update. is this not the case? does everyone want to collaborate?

      there sees to be a lot of separate work with each roster being good but missing something important. let's all save time and work together.

        True dat, we are getting too confused if we have people doing rosters that are almost exactly the same but different base lol.

        We should select a base - like Nogster's then go on from there..then Nogster could use that file to keep doing his updates so that way there would never have to be downtime due to assigning stuff again for every update

          that is exactly what we are doing. DueceDiggla said he's done editing and making rosters as he took up a lot of his time. definitely fine and understandable. i think what happened was exactly how you described it. no one was taking initiative, so deuce said F it, and put the work into his roster himself. definitely props for doing that.

          we were thinking of using this one but it didn't seem to be nogster's latest. maybe this is wrong and it is. if so, this would be a great base so let me know. but yeah, we're already working on it and have people working around the clock in different countries. details are under the "calling all roster editors thread." some of you may remember the massive spreadsheet and roster project around xmas time last year that i organized. if so, you will know this project will be organized, accurate, and thorough. no one will take credit for anything as credit should be given to everyone who made original edits, helped out, or who had their ideas implemented.

            I spoke with nogster, and he said this will be his roster from now on - so when he updates it it will have Dunk edits + caps.

            so for Nog to use it, I reckon it must be his latest roster - Oct. 14

              Nog, I'm not blaming any of your work on the weird movements, but it is definitely there.

              Maybe I should tweak the sliders to see if I can get a different feel going. I just played the Heat, and while they blew me away, it didn't feel right. I can't put my finger on it.

                Even though I'm on PS3, I'd love to read any solutions to those sorts of problems.

                I downloaded HoosierDaddy's Roster (which also used Nog's tendencies), so I'm looking to make changes if needed.

                  I havent recognized any animations that look off.

                  I will be playing a good few games soon and I will take note. but honestly. Ive seen nothing that stands out.

                  Maybe its a slider thing.
                  personally. I have quickness at 0. I think that has always helped with animations having smoother transitions with player movement.

                    I also changed some of the attributes to the CAPs I downloaded. I felt they were ranked way too high, and I also upped the commit foul tendency a little for each guy.

                    I also took the sig shot list in the other thread and made those changes as well

                          No. I made these rosters for myself. I was waiting around on OS for someone to make a roster like this because there are a ton of threads talking about doing it. When I realized no one was doing anything, I took Nog's (who are my fav rosters) and just made my own.

                          I started a season yesterday, so I have no need to do anymore roster work. Its not hard at all for other people to do it.

                            personally. I have quickness at 0. I think that has always helped with animations having smoother transitions with player movement.
                            I've experienced the funky movements as well - doesn't happen often, but when it does, you know it. It's like the CPU takes control of your player for a second, and then recovers.

                            I could be wrong, but it seems like the times it's happened to me, my player was near either the sideline or the halfcourt line.

                              great roster. thanks to nog ,deuce,dc, anyone else involved.

                              ijust played hou vs gsw and noticed several funky animations with quickness down to 40. they mainly happened with yao around the basket.

                              guess ill go lower. side note, 2k lets us edit "player speed" at screen where it shows the 2 teams playing (in assoc/season). anyone edited this at all, and how is your game playing?

                                Lowered speed to 0 after reading Nog's personal sliders and the strange animations slimmed down a lot.
