    5'8" or shorter 145 - 169 = thin, 170 - 244 = medium, 245 and up = thick


    5'9" to 6'9" 145 to 194 = thin, 195 - 269 = medium, 270 and up = thick


    6'10" to 7'0" 145 - 219 = thin, 220 - 294 = medium, 295 and up = thick


    7'1" and taller 145 - 244 = thin, 245 - 294 = medium, 295 and up = thick



    once you change a players default weight this is the scale you need to follow to achieve the desired body style. example: if you want to make shaq thinner you cannot change his weight from 325 to 294 and back to 325. you will have to leave his weight at 294 or less to keep the medium body.

      the shoe thing is merely to see the change in the edit player screen. if you edit a players weight to change his body type the change will take affect once you start a game whether you did the shoe thing or not.
