Not sure if any one is interstead but these things i have done also work for "Crews". If you wanted your team to have a real logo and reclored it can be done also you can get real uni or retro and recolor and use. I just did it for buddy of mine it worked. Not sure if he will get banned for it but will see. It can be done. Just letting you know.

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?

hokup guy... it would be great if you could upload a roster file to 2kshare that at least has the following to benefit most users:

        1) roster with 2k generated rookies (ex: landry fields) yet still have allen iverson/important past free agents around
        2) Coaches re-assigned to past teams (westphal to suns, adelman to kings, real coaches for the past teams like Pat Riley on the Knicks)
        3) 93 Suns/95 Magic/95 Rockets/95 Pacers Era court/gear... most people would be somewhat satisfied with these/settle for them as they are very popular
        4) Courts at least have their correct names... would be nice to at least see that it is Madson Square Garden.. not knicks arena... and see an actual Boston Garden.. not that copied over fleet center.
        5) At least have a few of those generics overrided/replaced by their actual counterparts on past rosters (use portlandblazers guys)... it would free up slots for users to create more players
        6) set teams to point to past jersey as default (ex: suns past jersey pointed to instead of default suns jersey)

I'm sure these 4 things would at least make the general 2k user.. most 2k11 users more happy with the game. I hope as I'm sure many others are that youd consider it. Flying Finn was AMAZING for nfl2 2k5 and he did alot of great things for the community... thanks in advance

what ??? i am not roster creator all that is all ready around. And it is not that easy to just upload it , there is user/ downloader work behind it. Do you even understand what i have been doing???

You cant compare me with finn. He made a tool to make things easier to edit and give a game more of a life. Today people still play that game and work on it. Because of him. All i am doing is showing you what "YOU" can do with the game. This is not a tool that is made by me. I have taken many things from the pc users have found and tried it here some works most dont. This **** aint easy its hard and some things such arena names is the easiest thing to do..

I hope by doing this it will build up interest mainly to the best roster makers around like portlandblazer to enhance there rosters. And to show the people that are capable to build tools to edit games like 2k11. That there is an intrest for it and people really want it.

But what your asking from me is already on 2kshare or something you can do yourself...

oh really... on 2kshare... what gamertag or file(s) should be searched for?

Sorry I'm just not as computer savy as most people and I didn't notice your tutorial until after the post was made... sorry to come across the wrong way. I actually did what you said about downloading all that hex and modio stuff about awhile after i posted

and yes i know its not easy... don't want to come across as pushy/rude/disrespectful... i have a great deal of respect for you guys who can expand the fun of these games. the possibilities are amazing: thanks!

So if I wanted to give my created team the Wizards alternate (u.x.0.0.2.) for home and away how would I do that?

best way to do it is make your CAT start a season with it in it then export the team and save it as TMM.file open that in hex editior. The only thing is that you will have a logo of the CAT on the chest of the uni and will over lap.it and you will have to recolor the uni to what you want or needs to be. I havent found away to get around the logo on the CAT uni. If you look threw the thread i recreated the old 90's bucks uni and recolored them prefect . But had the logo over it. I will eventually make a tut for that but way far out from now.

                              Good luck.
