Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?

        Small update:
I am still on track to get the save file for 2k13 either tomorrow or Wednesday .

But i do have a small bite of possible bad news for all my retro heads. My contact @ 2k told me that a massive scan of items on the disc was done right before the game going gold.

This means they scan the disc to remove item that were not supposed to be there. Like non active player / coach (CF/ports) old unis and logo and shoes. They said it was more detailed scan then last yr when they removed many unis and player cf's. He is not sure what or if anything important was removed at all.

I just want to give everyone a heads up in case they remove anything that might be big part's of the right look for a retro roster for 2k13.

Enjoy the demo folks, it drop tomorrow.

Well damn. We'll have to wait and see I suppose. But whatever is there, Hok will find it.

Hok any news about all the dlc art being keeper in the game? We really need those unis to keep on the disc more then anything.

So I heard no Kareem, Dr. J or Webber on their classic teams.. WOW 2K way to drop the ball.. I'm sure no DLC Legends and now with Hok saying there is no hidden legends or unis, etc this game will probably the biggest let down any game has ever given me

Hok said there was an in-depth scan conducted, but he did not claim to know what was removed.

Apparently, no Kareem, Dr. J, or Webber on the classic bucks/lakers, both Sixers, or Kings teams..

The real question now is what if any legend players' faces were removed from the disk.

I'm sure if those 3 were removed from their teams their faces will be gone as well.. Dr. J was the only 1 of the 3 that had a "hidden" face last year.. And it was the huge ABA Afro face from 2k10..

So who knows.. I'm assuming no DLC legends as well.. I am really going to be disappointed in this game. I can already tell

Apparently no Orlando Woolridge or Bryon Russell either..

I don't mean this disrespectfully but didn't Woolridge die? How can he object to being in the game

How could he consent either? I am sure a family member makes those decisions now and who knows what that would mean in his case.

Still no answer from ronnie2k or Hok. Man have to wait more time for a straight answer.
