That's a bummer. I figured it was somehow possible. I pictured something similar to changing the team colors for accessories. lol

    Thanks tho.

I'm trying to add 14 extra teams and from what you said it seems like there is more than enough room for them!

I had a question from my last post that still needed answering though. With the allstar teams how does the game program which players are on the east and west? I figure it must be like a check by their name or do you have to edit Manu Ginoboli into Kobe Bryant to get him on the west squad?
some players can be set on to 2 teams like all star and rookie/soph team for example. Thats what you do, when you order the reditor it comes with a "VERY" detail guide.

I literally never have created a team.
You can only edit the court of a exported team not CAT team if you look the most recent release of of PB's98 roster and see he has a exported spurs team and if you look at there court you see the old alamodome colors on it of baby blue and pink. That the best that can be done.

Before you or any body else ask , there are "no" more shoes hidden i looked. Would of like some old school chuck taylors and old reebok pumps for 2k6. But there is no more.

The reason why you can edit a real team is because the court file is on the disc and not a save file. On the pc you have extract the court file and then open the court file in the hex.

So if you want to change from Max Hyperdunk 2010 to AJ I's just change the code from 0480 to 0580
it sounds so easy yet so complicated haha I'll give it another look so I would need to download another program? So far I have the modio and hex edit. Chromes shoe editor? I apologize if all this has been repeated. So if I wanted to put Kobe into his shoes from 2k10 I would have to make a myplayer of him?

Chromes shoe editor just allows you to get the color code to find your desired player in the roster. I always use the bottom left hand green. It's code is 00FF99 if I remember correctly. This stuff is really easy to do once you know what you're looking for.

Hey PB, I tried putting kobe's 2k10 shoes on him, and they actually didn't show up. They just stayed the same. (although they did change brand) I know I did it correctly because it worked for all the other 2k11 shoes. Is there a way to put the hidden 2k10 shoes back into the game? I'd really love some of the old converse. (:

yeah so dirtyneedles - no need to download chromes shoe editor or make a myplayer if you already know a shoe colors value. iltp just gave one to you. give the player who you want to change shoes the bottom left hand green color and take the roster into hex editor and search for 00ff99. and that will be your player. above that you will see a ****load of ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff's followed by a few numbers and then "FF" thats where the shoe color is. from the left(backwards i guess) of that "FF" go 55 bytes and thats where you will find shoe brand and style. should be easy to find if you look on the list and know what kind of shoe the guy has on already.

iltp - i dont know, but you must of done something wrong. if he had on max hyperdunks all you should of done was change the 04 80 to a 04 8C.

there is no way to put hidden shoes arryos converses or 2k10 shoes back in the game with out using hex or reditor. Its because cant edit the exe. file from off the disk , that s what the pc folks do.

iltp - i dont know, but you must of done something wrong. if he had on max hyperdunks all you should of done was change the 04 80 to a 04 8C.
thanks that makes more sense to me, but what do you mean by 55 bytes?
