Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?

    hookup -

do you have a list of the legend teams id numbers? not the regular arena and uniform ids, but the other ones where you locate the sock color, shorts length and neck type? im trying to change the 02 kings sock color.

for anyone wanting to change accessory colors on the legend teams, heres the offsets to find most of them on the default roster.

    91 lakers 0017cfe0

    90 cavs 0017cf60

    94 knicks 0017d070

    96 sonics 0017d180

    98 jazz 0017d290

    71 bucks 0017d4b0

    71 lakers 0017d530

    72 lakers 0017d5c0

    72 knicks 0017d640

    77 sixers 0017d6d0

    85 bucks 0017d750

    86 hawks 0017d7e0

    87 lakers 0017d860

    89 pistons 0017d8f0

    91 blazers 0017da00

    91 warriors 0017da80

    71 hawks 0017db90

    93 hornets 0017dc20

    94 nuggets 0017dca0

    94 rockets 017dd30

    95 magic 0017ddb0

    98 lakers 0017de40

    98 spurs 0017dec0

    02 kings 0017df50

    85 sixers 0017dfd0

    86 bulls 0017ce50

    86 celtics 0017ced0

ill be putting up a roster with all my legend accessory edits soon. im in the process of adding a few teams to it. ive done the 77 blazers and 98 pacers. ill probably be adding the 02 nets and a couple other teams before i upload it. ill put my pacer caps up in the next day or so.

Sup guys!I've just found this tutorial @ NLSC forums:

Tutorial: How to Change Jersey Size (Tight)
by Lagoa on Wed Feb 15, 2012 9:44 am

        You need some HEX EDITOR:

        - Open your NBA2K12.EXE with editor.
        - Search command and put this:

        81 80 80 3B 81 80 80 3B 81 80 80 3B 81 80 80 3B 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 81 80 00 39 81 80 00 39 81 80 00 39 81 80 00 39 00 FE FF 46 00 FE FF 46 00 FE FF 46 00 FE FF 46 FF 0F 00 00 FF 0F 00 00 FF 0F 00 00 FF 0F 00 00 FF FF 00 00 FF FF 00 00 FF FF 00 00 FF FF 00 00

        - Now, change the BOLD/RED values to "89 3B", jerseys now have great size.
        - Save your EXE and play the game.
Would there be some remote possibility to get this on Xbox 360??

did this change? if so how do you make this change this year?
Do you know where I can find this tutorial or any others regarding changing team colors. Honestly, I'm a n00b at this and would love to see tutorials on anything to do with changing jerseys and colors.

Edit: Also, if anyone has an offset list for team unis, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Maybe I'm just blind (most likely), but I looked at all of your blog entries and didn't see it.

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?

OK, so I'm trying to change a jersey on the SW assoc roster with HxD. I find the jersey I want to change r3h018. I know the code I want to change it to is r1h018. So I highlight the 3 and only the 3, then press 1. This is the only thing I'm editing throughout the whole file, although it does automatically change bit line 03 in the same offset from 33 to 31. I'm assuming it's supposed to do that. I save the file, then go to modio and insert it. I change the profile ID, rehash and resign. Close it out, move it from my usb to my HDD. But when I go to load up the roster on 2k12 I keep getting an error message saying it's damaged or unreadable. What am I doing wrong? I know this is a seriously n00bish question, but I know I am so close. Any help would be appreciated.

                        thanks.

i just used the default blazers for now and fixed the shorts and sock color for the 77 retros. maybe if i decide to do a 2000 blazers also, than exporting the 77 team might be necessary. im thinking of doing an 02 mavs and an 87 mavs to. im assuming the mavs darker blue road unis from 02 to a year ago or whatever have been replaced by the current light blue ones and arent on the disc?

yea you always have to rehash and resign before you move the file..

And a small note if you want help from people on here dont keep repost and bumping your on questions and stuff. That a fast way to get on everyones sh*t list and maybe even getting banned on here.
