I have windows 7 and it didn't work for me at all at first but then i press " Extract to Nba 2k13 roster resigner " in my downloads folder and if you have winzip, it's the third option down with those little book logo things. With Leftos help we've just discovered how to bring custom colors back through hex editor. Still under development but here you have the proof:
