It's easy and it is working fine no black arms on the new roster thanks a lot. Using xport360 connect your hard drive to your pc an find the separate folder for online.dat inside the 0000000000 folder you will find another 2k12 folder

This year the online data is more important than the roster file.Because it contains files like rookies.iff, roster.iff, shoes.iff etc. So you have to download the online data unless you want a messed up roster

i think that roster file is the default nba 2k12 roster with no rookies and no movements whatsoever. kindly check that or its is just me? thanks!

If you don't, you will see the added rookies like Enes Kanter with black arms. Actually i haven't tried it myself either but most likely you'll see missing players, double teams etc. without the online data.

hi zizoux, I used your online.dat and my kylie irving has black arms although when I fired up the office 360 (its on a rec room on our account, I don't personally have a 360) it showed updates like LeBron shoes colors and whatnot. Also, the game seems to load only the default roster. is there a way to force the game to load the updated roster file?
