I have not check his CF number but it looks like its in decimal and not in hex.Which may be the reason its not working.
follow this example below
To convert the number to HEX
Here is a link to a convertor http://easycalculati...l-converter.php
1. Go to link scroll down and u will see a section called "insert decimal value".
2. There u enter the decimal value of the cfid.( Example kyrie irvings id is 2122 in decimal.)
3. After entering the decimal value it should out put 84A as a hex value.
4. For this example. You have to add a zero before the first digit.
5.So with are example kyrie irving it will be 084A. Why the zero? Because u need the cf id to be 4 digits.(All CF id is 4 digits.)
6. Follow the TUT.Replace cfid's. Make sure the CF id's your using is 4 digits

Chrome, thanks for the TUT and link. Taft's CF ID converts to 050E.

That is weird.
Did you and the leg skin to him?
Tut Steps:
10. Black legs:
go to offset 4B8904 and highlight 11 bytes to the right (HEX) and enter (00 14 02 08 00 00 00 08 00 00 00 00 04 80 40 0C 30) this should also give him black legs
White legs:
go to offset 4B8904 and highlight 11 bytes to the right (HEX) and enter
(00 00 02 08 00 15 00 00 00 00 00 00 20 81 00 00 00)
11. Save the file in HxD > Rehash Resign > Load file into xbox

Step by step tutorial -
1. Save your my player file onto a usb drive.
2. Plug that usb drive into your PC
3. If you don't already have it, download the program Modio. Just search for it on google.
4. Open up Modio, and click on "explore a device/drive". (It should open up your usb drive)
5. Keep clicking through the 3-5 files until you see your My Player file and, and drag it onto your desktop(it will have the name you saved it as, followed by " .CMG ").
6. Once again, if you don't already have it, download the program HxD (it's a Hex Editor, just google it)
7. Open HxD, then click the file/open button on the top left, and finally select your My Player file that you placed on your desktop.
8. From here, after you change the view to 32 (done by clicking the drop down bar near the top of the program slightly towards the middle left), you can start using chrome's tutorial of simply pressing Control+G and typing in what it says in the tutorial line by line.
9. When you have finished the steps in his tutorial, SAVE THE FILE in the HxD program by clicking File - Save at the top left.
10. Almost done now, open Modio back up again (if you closed it), and click on "Open a Save". Select your My Player file (which should still be listed on your desktop), but MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE .CMG FILE and not the .CMG.bak file next to it (this is made as a backup file by HxD, but isn't what you need). Then click "Rehash/Resign" at the bottom of the program.
11. And finally, open up your USB drive again with Modio (if you already closed it after steps 4-5), go back to the "Game Saves" folder for 2k12 where you originally found your My Player file, and either drag your new My Player file into this folder or right click - insert file- and double click your file to insert it that way. (I normally just erase the old My Player file left on the usb drive after step 5, but it will ask you if you would like to replace the old file when you drag the new one in there too).
Thats it! It's ready to use on your 360! It's honestly not hard at all, and once you get the hang of it you will get through it in just a couple minutes!Comment

Your new to Hexing ,so I suggest you google hexadecimal to get a better understanding of it ,because if you jump right in you will be confused with the terms.The TuT is extremely easy.Its easier than last year matter of fact.

Look at the reference picture in the TuT look at the red highlighted number to get a better understanding of whats going on.
it should take you about less than a 2min to complete the tut when you get the hang hexing.
