Seems awesome and a great job (can't imagine how hard ya'll worked on these,) but this is the first time I've ever used custom rosters so I've got a few questions before I go into association.

Are guys like Brandon Roy going to be signed early on in the season? I guess it's not a big deal though, after looking at the whole free agent pool, it's much better than what 2K has to offer. As a Spurs fan it's nice to see all but like three guys on our D-League team are free agents. Most of them aren't NBA players anyways, but it's nice to have the option to pick up guys like Julian Wright, Justin Dentmon, Eric Dawson, and Josh Davis if need be. I'm assuming the guys with a 25 rating wouldn't be picked up by any teams in association?

I rated Roy so people can play with him if they want to, I would recommend to rate him 25 in everything to stop him from being signed as a Free Agent. We tried to expand the Free agent pool to give USER's more options. The 25 Overall guys are there in case they get added to NBA you dont have to start your Association over, but just to add them and continue with your Association.

It is ALL designed to work with the Roster and Sliders. Without going into Details, this was tested for Months to get it to work.

Most likely sometime today. I am debating whether or not to include spreadsheets of all attributes, tendencies, signatures changes.

I can't wait for a link to download these. I was hoping for the full rotations and a "How To" on trades, but I know this takes a lot of time. I do want you to enjoy your Association so I may just leave rosters as they are and try to go from there.

great work, guys! played my first 2 association games and both had great gameplay and realistic outcomes and stats (killed by SA, beat CHA, using MIL). The ONLY negative (and very minor) thing I can say is that Brandon Jennings needs his dunk tendency lowered from 38 to maybe 10-15. He is a great dunker, but rarely chooses to dunk in games, and I threw down a couple monster drunks in traffic with him.

Okay, I've played some more games, and they played much better. That first game was late night, I was tired, and now I think I may have been inadvertently leading my guys behind the defenders.

It's still very challenging, but when I'm getting schooled it's generally my own fault. Great work!

Glad you liking it better with sleep. LOL. It is very Challenging I admit that, BUT I feel that makes it even more fun.

Really enjoying the gameplay from this roster thus far. One thing I noticed right off the bat though, you have guys like Demarcus Cousins with only a 25 in Emotion, when he's one of the most lively/emotional players in the league. Just a minor thing though.

Quick question. I am having the Black Arms issue. I didn't have it before and I checked that I have the online data.dat file (latest one).

I keep my profile on a USB drive...Yes I bought a Xbox 360 USB Drive...lol

Anyway What I did was I deleted the old online data.dat, Home and roster files. Pretty much other than my profile, sliders and settings I deleted and when I was at my brothers house, I logged onto xbl and started the game and allowed it to download all the files again. Now my NBA showcase file I have on there still...But whenever I start these rosters (I've downloaded 4 times to check) I'm getting the Back Arms on a lot of guys. What do I do? I've downloaded from online and from offline link and same thing.

Not sure what the issue is. I havent experienced that it months. I wish I could help you. Maybe someone else will have an idea of what is going on. I will see what I can find out.

Sorry about that. I didnt concentrate on Emotion since it has 0 effect on the game. Not even sure why 2k put it in the game.

It determines how players react to things in game, like when you see certain players complain when a foul is called on them, or getting upset after losing the lead while walking to the bench, and even if they will react (by yelling or something similar) after making a big dunk. With low emotion ratings, players won't react to these things at all, whereas a really high rating makes them react frequently.

I think what vtcrb meant was it doesn't change the outcomes of games in any way

And as for the black arm glitch. Try reloading the roster

I had this issue with the community edit... Restarted 360 and reloaded roster a few times. IT went away
