It's just a manual thing you just go to each player that would normaly resign with his team and change his second year to the lowest contract then right before you finish the season go back and change the second year to zero. Once the season is over they will be free agents either restricted or unrestricted whatever they were at first. I've tried it twice and most of the players make it all the way to the free agent pool after the draft. Some will resign during the my free agent offseason task but there is nothing you can do about that.

My only problem is that Steve nash and Jason Kidd retire almost every other time I start an association. Along with a few other players oh well hope that helped a little

Oh an make sure they don't have any options, player, team etc. cause it won't work then

That makes sense. I appreciate that man.

And a tip for preventing retirement, increase the potential rating to 99, that should lengthen certain players careers, but when it comes to people who are 37, 38 (Kidd, Nash) nothing you can do about age. =/

No prob I'm very meticulous when it comes to gaming I've had 2k12 since it came out and honestly I haven't made it past the first month of my second season in an association. I always simulate the first year. It's always some little thing that makes me start over lol

Sorry PP if this question was asked but will the BK nets be replacing the NJ Nets or will both be present on your roster? Also, if u need look alike suggestions , I post some for the 1st rounders in the look alike thread..... Can't wait to use these as a replacement for buying 2k13!

Yeah I'm using some of your look alikes huylan is going to update the caps. I'm likely to stay back if I don't see much improved gameplay and editing. But if I do I will continually update this project.
