Hey PP, just wanted to say I love the rosters and all the hard work you put into it. I really appreciate all of it! Just had a quick question.

I usually sim the first couple of seasons of my association to build my team up until it becomes respectable. I've noticed in the last two associations I've tried that I can't get past the second season no matter what. It always freezes on a specific day. The first assoc. it froze during one day during the all star break. No nba games were played and it was just D-League games. The Jam and Defenders (I think) both played 2 games against each other in the same day (which I thought was odd) and after I tried to sim past it, it kept freezing. The second time this happened was when I was with the wizards on the second season again, and I can't get past march 31st.

Is there anything I can do? It seems like this has something to do with the D-League based on my first experience because no NBA games were played on that day. Thanks again for all your hard work, hope there's a solution.

The same thing happened to me before, but I wasn't using the newest roster, and it was a coaching issue. Two of the teams had the same coach on mine and it caused the game to freeze. I just resigned my position and switched teams until I found which teams had the same coach and I fired one of them and replaced him with a different coach. After that, the game worked fine and let me advance past the day I was stuck on. I'm not sure if yours is having the same issue but you might want to check and see if thats it.

OK almost done with this update!

All I have to do is edit the NBADL and 25OVR the Duplicate Free Agents! I will let you know when its done!
Question for you guys do you still want a quick play roster it seems a lot are using the Association Roster?

It definitely seems to be a coaching issue. In my case it seems to be the Bobcats. When I take control of the team and go to head coach, Paul Silas's picture comes up but the spot is vacant. I just decided to hire all new coaches for the entire team (and 76er's since that's who they're playing on the day it freezes). But none of the changes I made worked and it still keeps freezing.

To make a note Paul Silas is already in FA Pool when I go to hire a new head coach even though his picture comes up as if he's already my head coach. Also the menu seems to really lag a lot only when hiring for a head coach. When hiring for the rest of the coaches everything runs smooth. I also know the issue has to be with the Bobcats because I can play/sim every game on that day until their matchup with the sixers. I wonder what's up with it. Also I'm using the latest assoc. roster.

I would, quick play is all I play but if its too much then no.

Very Interesting, I'm thinking of removing the coaching edits and adding new ones.
