I couldn't working since the Christmas update so I know how you feel. I ended up deleting 2k from my hard drive completely and starting over. Then followed hyper's instructions on the first page.

Did you delete your shoe file from your usb when it says to??

I believe so.. I've tried so many different things i think im confusing myself. Ive played with the rosters and love them, its just i don't like to see players with generic shoes. I think im gonna recharge MY batteries, and get myself back to neutral and.....delete everything and start over. I know im following list. Thanks for trying to help.

Step 3 says save roster to OUR xbox. Is that a typo? And if were doing a roster on step 3 why copy the shoe file that I just uploaded? Also, if I create a shoe it creates a 2nd shoe save. Sorry to be so elementary, im really wanting to understand this.

Awesome stuff..can you please give the Clippers black shoes and red team color 1 with their away jersey..right now its white shoes and white team color 1. Should be Away black shoes/socks and team color 1 red/team color 2 black. The home is right on for them though. Thanks!

Delete any shoe files you have saved anywhere [hard drive and usb]

go in and create a new shoe this will create a new file and copy it to your usb

download hypers shoe file

plug in your usb and launch horizon

inject hypers shoe file to your usb via horizon

say yes to overwrite the existing shoe file

then eject your usb and put it back in your xbox

now you have the correct shoe file copy it back to your hard drive

complete.

Thanks, but i have tried this and nothing. I get shoes, all that are there with the online data before I create shoe to get the file. Its just that after I download / horizon / upload then load game then rosters its all Generics on players. If I had all the shoes, some of the under armour shoes would be unlocked wouldnt they? dont know just asking.

Anyone have under armour codes so I can add my own shoes to certain players?

has anyone been able to get the latest file to work? Im still plugging away and still no luck. I dont understand if we're transfering a roster file why we have a shoe file on usb. I have literally went thru every page of this thread to see if im doing anything wrong and tried every angle. Been down with the flu and I have wasted alot of time on this today but not giving up until later. if I dont get tonigh I guess i'll just use default rosters.

do I drag my shoe file into same area as hyper to get info? make changes, delete my old file from screen and usb then save rehash new file then save to usb?

Yeah that's how I did it. Delete your shoe file off your usb before you put hypers on it..

When you do the security updates could you up the stamina for the bigs and replace Avery with PJ?

finally got it to work. Not sure what I did different but man. It was a good playing roster, but now with the shoes im loving it even more. Thanks guys for all the help with the feedback. Im battling the flu and need to sleep but now that i have complete roster, i can play a little while longer.

So do you save the KD shoes on your xbox? Or do you save it to a USB and than transfer it to the XBOX?

I had the kds on my Xbox. When you transfer their shoe file it adds shoes they created for players. Different nike color schemes and created Jordan's for players that wear Jordan's now but in game will only let them wer nike.

I would also like an update for the wizards, they now wear black socks instead of white socks on their away uniforms.
