I can help.
Basically 2k or xbox is making the 2k share file unreadable based on the file being owned by the local user on the machine/you.
You will need a pc, free software and possibly a 2k13 file from you Xbox 360 on your USB drive. Basically you will need to make Ronda's 2k13 file yours by changing the ownership. Let me know if you need directions and I will help...

Yes please send directions because I downloaded chromes program, opend and saved the roster in chromes program, opened an un-hexed roster in modio, copied the appropriate id's in modio and put them on the rondo roster, rehashed, saved to my usb. Am I missing a step?

That's the steps, this is my technique works for me with no problems.

1) save a roster from your 2k in game to a usb,

2) use usb xplorer, download it if you don't have it, believe there's a link in this forum for it, I usually extract to desktop its easier to locate the rosters,
don't close it LEAVE IT OPEN,

3) use chromes program to open and save, close program

4) download rondo's roster

5) use modio/horizon to rehash resign, my method is modio, I open 2 windows one with my xbox profile and the other with rondo's, simply copy both fields from the roster I saved to the Rondo roster, rehash resign. Close program

6) the new roster (you saved/rehash resigned) would still be on desktop,

7)now if you left usb xplorer open as I did, you now would take the file in usb eplorer and delete it

8) drag your new file in to the usb xplorer window it will save it and display done at the bottom, then close the programs, you're done, hopefully now you can enjoy rondo's hard work, bro I hope I helped.

Just implemented your roster Rondo and it looks fantastic. Props for all of your hard work and for sharing it with us.

The Lakers away shoes are turqiouse for me too though. I know someone posted that and there was thought that he had the original and not V2 of your roster, but assuming the download link in your OP is correct -- it's still like that. I'm just letting you know bro.

You should be golden if you used the correct id's from a 2k13 saved file on the USB to the rondo roster file. Back to the USB... Let me know if u r still having issues and I will try to help u offline via PM if u can

Thanks for recognizing that, as I never meant to insult him in anyway fof his time and hard work, thought I had got the wrong roster my self, after he mentioned that v2 addressed certain issues, but it is what is, looking forward to his future update, once the Lakers coaching situation is handled, the guy puts in work and I definitely appreciate it. Rondo's Rosters are still some of the best I've come across.

I did what you said but when I tried to load the roster still error...
Do I need to ros resigner Rondo roster file as well or just my own?
what I did was...I open and save my file. Then, I opened Rondo file pasted my profile and device ID and rehash and resign then put on my USB as suggested. Correct steps?

Go to the 2nd post in this rosters forum, the thread author us Thelron I believe he has a tut with pics for step by step, I hope that's more informative than my guidance, lol funny thing is bro no joking sometimes looking at a pic step by step us better than just reading instructions. I really hope his thread helps

Everytime i save the roster and try to load it it says the file has been damaged or corrupted if anyone knows how to fix this id appreciate it very much

Is there any possibility that you guys can upload the file already resigned and rehash for those user like me that cant use chrome tools because we don't have Windows 7 or vista, I will really appreciate it, Thanks in advance.

he can be added via leftos' most recent update & he was added on the 2k13 boot up today along w 2 new nike kicks...fyi

Load the roster you want to use in Leftos Tool
Click on Teams Tab
Change the Lakers Head Coach from 14 to 54
Change the Lakers Asst.Coach from 118 to 158
Save the Teams tab and your all set.
Rehash/resign using Chrome's tool
Rehash/resign using Modio/Horizon
Inject file onto USB and Load onto Xbox 360
