Re: How to Rehash/Save a Roster to USB.

Note: I know how to rehash/resign roster files to USB, I have been doing it successfully for a year now.
I am currently having an issue where any roster that has been modified with Reditor won't load on my Xbox 360. For Example I have Dom's 2001 roster pre Reditor on USB and it loads fine, but after he made updates with Reditor I can not load his new version of the 2001 Roster. Any help would be much appreciated.

I posted in Dom's thread. I might be using a different version of Modio I hear a lot of people have problems with it. I haven't. Not crazy about Horizon.

I'll try Modio, I've been using Horizon.

Reinstalled Horizon and now it works like it is supposed to.

Every time i try do this it says it is damaged or unreadable. Used Chromes re signer then used horizon rehashed and resigned the roster it would not work. Tried just using chromes re signer it would not work. Tried using just horizon it would not work. Tried using chromes re signer and modio it would not work. Tried using just modio it would not work.

Does anyone know how to fix this? and please be detailed.

            Thank You

I as well cannot get any files to show up on my computer after copying them to my flash drive. I have tried it on two separate laptops, one of them Windows 8 and the other, 7. I've noticed the other posts regarding this have went largely ignored.

How did you get it to work. I also have been trying and getting the same file is damaged message. I have done the copy and paste of the IDs. But you said you had trouble with rosters that have been edited with REDitor. My roster i have manually edited with REDitor and am trying to load it ingame. What did you do differently? Just reinstall Horizon and it worked?

Re: How to Rehash/Save a Roster to USB.

Hey, y'all. Maybe someone can help me with this.

I followed all the steps on the first post and even used the specific codes from a roster file on my copy of 2k12 and I'm not having any problems on that front, as far as I can tell.

Whenever I go to load any of the community rosters from my jump drive, my 360 freezes. Am I missing something? It's two gigs so I worry that maybe it's too small to run smoothly.

Also mad respect for everyone's hard work making these.

                    Tanks

Nevermind, got it to work with Modio. Less urgent, if anyone has a suggestion for their favorite roster for 2K12, I'm all ears. Thanks again to everyone who's done work on these.

Re: How to Rehash/Save a Roster to USB.

I'm having a lot of trouble loading a 2k11 roster. I'm doing all the steps (resigning, dragging into horizon, copying id's, rehashing, save to device). It either comes up "damaged or unreadable" or when I go to load it, it will say it's loaded, but when I go to manage roster, it's the same as whatever roster the game loaded from the start. What's going wrong here?

Save a file to your USB card while under your GAMERTAG before doing this. I recommend saving a Settings File or User Setting File. IF you RUN INTO TROUBLE check the bottom of the guide.

I've been using other peoples game saves for years now. I know how to resign/rehash... I've tried multiple "edited" rosters, every one of them does the "damaged or unreadable" thing... Please help me.

Finally solved it by not using Chrome's resigner. Loaded the file directly into Horizon, and that did the trick. Thanks!
