Re: How to Rehash/Save a Roster to USB.
Is there anyone in this thread that's done this successfully and lives in NYC that would allow me to give them a USB to copy a shoe file onto? I don't have a PC I have a Mac so I can't do this myself... If need be I can pay for the troubleComment

Are there any of these tools for PS3? Or is there an easier work-around?
ThanksComment

PS3 Xploder software (http://www.xploder.net/playstation-3/ - but it's not free) or PS3 Resigner (read more below):

Re: How to Rehash/Save a Roster to USB.
This may help some people here --
First of all, I have no idea what Chromes does and I have re-signed plenty of files with just Horizon. You can download Horizon from xboxmb.com (upper right hand corner). The key with using Horizon is that you need to make the roster file you want appear to be from your user profile and console. Accordingly, you need to obtain a roster file from YOUR Xbox and put in on a USB and transfer to your computer (using Horizon) before you do anything. I find it easiest to put my roster file and the one I want on my desktop. Once you have done that, open Horizon. Once it's open, drag your roster file into the middle of the screen. At that point you should see something like the screen below. The trick is to use the three IDs from YOUR file and use them to replace the settings on the file you want. So then drag the file you want into the middle of the Horizon screen and replace the three IDs on the file you want with your IDs. Then click on the "Save, Rehash, and Resign" red tab. At this point, you need to get the roster file back on your USB using Horizon. Accordingly, you can either use the "Save to Device" tab or using the "Device Explorer" feature on Horizon while your USB is plugged in, you can inject the file onto the USB. Hopes this helps those who are struggling.
