Not to be rude but for some of the countries I will be making lower rated players. Not because of how good they really are but because is how it has to be to truly have an amazing set. I'd say highest at minimum for some countries 80 overall some countries like Nigeria or Tunisia their highest maybe 75 at least. As in terms of hotspots and all I don't know how I will specifically edit them but terms of how a player looks and free throws as well as shot release I can do.

You don't have to do any ratings, or tendencies they just need the teams to be assembled.

While your mentioning about future FIBA teams we should do a Future FIBA team featuring the upcoming rookies. Maybe do a team of Shabazz, Siva, Zeller, Oladipo, and more since they would most likely have been on the previous junior squads. Also a select team would be good to have as well you can also add Kyrie, Cousins, Griffin, and others. If you decide to do Team Dominican Republic I remember them having a kid whose 17 on that roster. Just giving some advice. Also from my Euroleague roster it will be a great help since I have some players from different countries and from even past countries lineups. A lot include even 2012's Spain Team as well so this process maybe able to move faster which if I do it based off my Euroleague set I can just upload a Team again just with the players for the national squads.

Since it looks like we can do 40 Teams, I have been thinking of doing something with TEAM USA's of the past. Starting with the 1984 Team INSTEAD of using the College Players I would Assemble the teams with the NBA players that COULD have represented them. Let me know what you guys think. I just assembled the 1984 Team as a Preview. If you have any ideas for other year teams let me know. I did this team with Bird and Magic in their PRIME.

VT how are you going to be doing the jerseys? Are you going to be overwriting with current and the dream team USA's and what about for the rest of the countries? I remember how well you managed the Jerseys from last years FIBA and ABA roster. Will the list of teams officially be out today also?

PP will be doing the Jerseys. I think we are going to try to Copy all the Jerseys over from the 2k12 file, IF we can. I am going to make a Preliminary list now and ADD to it as I go. This way people can get started. I should have it up within 15 minutes.

Sounds good also 40 teams insane. As I said before I could probably get done with 2 teams a day. Especially if it's just creating the players and letting you guys do the ratings and tendencies and so on. Another thing we will have to do is lower everyones salaries so we can make them affordable for other countries or just make them cheap and put the years to the max that you can like I did for a couple of my FIBA made teams last year. What's the minimum amount of players per team going to have since some only have 12 and will we have a Free Agency as well?

List is up, it is not Complete, just got some teams down so people could Begin. Yeah I plan on signing Everyone to 7 yr Deals so the teams will Stay together as Long as Possible.

If the team's listed yes they will be on the team whoever creates whichever country. Looking forward to this. My best available times to start creating are after 8 most nights and weekends are flexible.

I just worry the 1988 would be Pretty Close to the same as the 1992 Dream Team. I was HOPING to be able to come up with a 60s 70s 80s Versions of the Dream Teams. I thought that might be a fun twist. So ALL Suggestions are welcomed. We are still looking for all the help and Feedback we can get. At the Moment I just CANT put down College Hoops 2k8. LOL.

I have been working on Updated stuff for 2k8 and Honestly I see things on there I DONT see in 2k13. Which is amazing. I have the link to my Project Blog in my Sig.

Since International Competition is EVERY 2 years being either Olympics or World Championships an 1986 team could work as well. Just so many Options. I just love the thought of making Earlier Dream Teams, since we already have alot of the Legends already in the game.
