No problem just trying to offer some insight on what exactly LeBron is walking into by staying in as unbiased a way as possible.



Mclemore could be headed to Boston in the Rondo trade. Sacramento is going hard to trade for rondo and Josh Smith. Think about that lineup.

PG: Rondo
SG: Stauskas
SF: Rudy Gay
PF: Josh Smith
C: Cousins

That's a very solid starting five and they could easily compete for a playoff spot (not a high one but still) and Smith and Rondo are buddies from high school.

Boston:
PG: Smart
SG: McLemore
SF: Young
PF: Sully
C: Some white guy that can't jump.

Not as good but they're young and there's promise there

Also, I feel for Levine, who wants to leave the sunny beaches of LA just to go to minnesota. Hey, him and Kevin Love (also a UCLA alum) will have something to talk about until Love leaves! lol

I have heard that rumor either yesterday or the day before about Smith and Rondo going to Sacramento. I just don't see it happening though...because there is nothing I can think of on their roster that detroit would want unless they will take on the contract of Smith so that Detroit can resign Monroe and still have some cap room. But what else does Boston get in return for Rondo??? because with that team even with out will get you a pick in the mid 20's in the first round.

Absolutely man. And hey you brought facts so who can argue that. It's something I hadn't looked far enough into yet.

I really don't know how I feel about sac pushing for josh smith you already have a volume guy in Gay do you need smith hoisting up all sorts of crap too? Rondo would be the guy to facilitate such an offense though.

I'm gonna be suprised to see Kevin Love pull on a twolves jersey next season he's entertaining CLE long term IF they can bring Lebron home

You know what I think makes a little too much sense to happen? A straight up, Josh Smith-for-Rudy Gay trade. Sacramento needs a defensive powerhouse to fit next to Cousins who's defense is only average and isn't much of a rim protector, and then Detroit has too many bigs and Rudy Gay is a legitimate wing player who can score and play with Drummond and Monroe. They are both about the same skill level, and fit what the other team needs. Pretty sure their contracts are similar too.

Derrick Williams as an asset maybe, and multiple first round picks more than likely (maybe '15 top 5 protected and '17 top 5 protected). Ainge would make the right long term deal. Indiana might be a potential Rondo destination also, wich would make Indiana the favorites and give them an elite player who can lead and has finals experience at point guard.

According to the trade machine it works straight up. Then, this also cuts cap room in Sacramento, making a rondo trade easier. Also, another wrinkle in the trade, maybe with the cap room from getting rid of Gay they could take on Gerald Wallace's ridiculous contract with Rondo, sweetening the deal for the Celtics.

Also, if they wait until after June 30th (the reason it failed is the celtics can't reacquire Jason Terry until after the new league year begins), the Celtics can acquire McLemore, picks, and 3 expiring contracts to unload Rondo and Wallace's contract to Sacramento. Throw Sacramento's 2015 and 2017 first rounders and I think ainge would have to consider the deal.

Edit: also, they can get around 6 million dollars cash from Sacramento thanks to trade exceptions from Paul Pierce's contract from the nets trade (thanks Billy King! )

I pay no attention to the wins thing, its based solely on PER and its a flawed system. But yeah if you want to mess around with it here:

No problem man, and yeah this would basically be admitting to tanking for the celtics but we'd get assets (2 first rounders and McLemore) and cap space (from the expiring contracts) and be in good position for next offseason. Maybe we'll get Jahlil Okafor at number 1 overall! (too soon? lol)

Back on the topic of the draft classes, I'm getting a new xbox tomorrow (since my other one broke a few weeks back) so I'm going to start a new association from the beginning with these classes and the Simworld "the league" fictional rosters. I'm probably not getting 2k15 (unless they bring customization to next gen, and not what they had this year) so I have another full game cycle for these classes which I'm excited about. What are your plans for 2k15 anyway?

I have already preordered it for the 360 but as far as I know so far our team won't be going near next gen becuase as you stated the customization just isn't there. That and we still have another 20ish classes to put out with this game yet. So still a ton of work to do
