Ok, coool, understood about the CFs too.
The Obama definitely caught me off-guard, LOL. Didn't even know about the strict 12-man roster thing too; thanks for letting me know. Maybe you might wanna get a consensus, as I don't wanna speak for everyone --- but personally, for Dream Team II, my depth chart would look like:
PG: Kevin Johnson (starter), Tim Hardaway, Mark Price
SG: Reggie Miller (starter), Joe Dumars
SF: Dominique Wilkins (starter), Larry Johnson, Dan Majerle
PF: Shawn Kemp (starter), Derrick Coleman
C: Shaq (starter), Alonzo Mourning
Statistically, the 5 leading scorers for that 1994 FIBA team were:
1. Shaq = 18.3ppg
2. Reggie Miller = 17.1ppg
3. Dominique Wilkins = 12.6ppg
4. Joe Dumars = 12.5ppg
5. Shawn Kemp = 10.9ppg
5. Alonzo Mourning = 10.9ppg
*** Since he was the first realistically injured (and replaced), maybe simply just erase ISIAH THOMAS from the team. I know you/I both like STEVE SMITH alot, but he averaged the least amount of minutes/game (8.3-MPG) & points (3.4-ppg), so I'd erase him too, to move Tim Hardaway up in the depth chart.****
Won't be tonight or tomorrow because I gotta drive to West Palm Beach & back (3.5 hr drive), but when I get back Monday - I'll try out playing as & against Charlotte and see if I run into the 2 Lins and I'll definitely let you know either way.

As for the future HIGH SCHOOL PHENOM idea then, IF/WHEN you decide to do it --- basing it on what you just explained to me now about the 12-man roster... I'd suggest simplifying the depth chart down to these 12:
C: Moses Malone (starter), Dwight Howard, Darryl Dawkins
PF: Shawn Kemp (starter), Kevin Garnett, Jermaine O'Neal
SF: Lebron James (starter), Tracy McGrady
SG: Kobe Bryant (starter), JR Smith
PG: Monta Ellis (starter), Lou Williams
*** I'm hoping others would too, lol; but I'd be willing to donate again, for the addition of the above HIGH SCHOOL PHENOMS team with a slick-looking unique jersey.

If I am to make this Phenom team what should the color scheme be? If you donate you can choose the color scheme. ( Primary, Secondary, and Alt ). I was thinking cream and maroon or black and gold maybe...

Yoooo....lol, you are fast & highly skilled Schoene.
This is why I only come to you with my CRAZY left-field ideas. My pick for color scheme would be the Cream & Red idea. One tiny request; when you do finalize this HIGH SCHOOL PHENOM team, could you make their rating closer to what they were when they were rookies or their prime, opposed to near retirement --- as there's a big difference between people like Kobe Bryany during the championship runs vs. the often-injured Kobe nowadays... or Jermaine O'Neal during his Pacer days vs. his recent GS Warriors backup days; etc-etc.
Other than that, this looks amazing, and will get alot of burn when my friends/family come over.
I'll donate $5 now, but I'm hoping others will chip in too. I don't wanna be the only one paying each time, smh.
