Can you please explain why you put Quickness at 0?

Quickness at 0 could cut down points in the paint due to all the backdoor cuts even when that sliders are lowered.

Pared I tried this tweaks that you made and the game is like a new game to me, played 2 games at the moment and lost one 99-108 and the won the other one 107-105, really you have to play good defense to get wins. Thanks man!

I tried DC's sliders. Adjusting attributes and tendencies only disrupted the flow of the game. The offensive slider did lower fg% though.

After trying every full set of sliders (PS3 - CPU/CPU player), these simple modifications by Pared are the closest I've come to a good overall game.

The following three items are still trouble spots:

Rebounds - only averaging 25-35/team while 'watching' - simmed games seem more accurate. (42-55/team)

Shooting % - still too high - typically high 40's - high 50% for every team/every game.

Inside scoring - Backdoor cuts, frequent double-teams, and ridiculously high shot %'s from 3-10 ft.

Ex: Blown-outs,close games,overtime and normal games(lose by 10-12)


This game isn't that bad on the slider part, I mean before these sliders, I played default on Superstar 10minz.It wasn't too bad, the end of the game was somewher between 47-55....(Pip was the only problem and even wasn't that big of it, though I am a good defender)

The only game where it seemed like the cpu made every shot was against the Cavs and even then they only made 57%.But with these sliders at least games can now range from 40-55

Overall

I'd actually say yes I've had those kind of games, seriously, lost by 19, won by 2 and lost by 9. All those games with both teams between the mid 50's in FG%, Pared's tweaks are really really nice.

Hey guys I started playing with Pared's adjusting giving human an cpu the same offensive sliders. Except, I put inside scoring to 0. I'm getting a lot more realistic numbers. Lower fg% and more rebounds. There are a lot of misses from right under the basket but I like it because it prevents those cheap points that run up the score, fg%, and points in paint

Wow, you felt the need to post for the first time since signing up in '07. I'm honored!

Glad you guys are enjoying them. I'm hoping the things you mentioned will be addressed in the upcoming patch.

I have to say, DC's edits, in conjunction with Pared's edits... This game plays a great game of bball. Highly enjoying myself with these tweaks.

I think I upped Help D to 55 for both teams. Helps to bring down shooting %'s by causing a tiny bit more recovery.

Could be placebo, but it's working.

I also noticed I have some other edits. I think I may upload what I'm currently with right now. The game is on Pro, and is playing WONDERFULLY.
