So, it looks like we will change stamina to 60 for User and steal success to 55 for User as well. I think 55 for cpu steal success may be a bit too high? What kind of results did you get as far as total steals for the game for CPU/User?

It's not that bad at 55 . Your only effected if you standing straight up in front of the defender for a long period of time. You have to protect the ball at all times and use your iso moves. What I like about the higher numbers is if you go by a defender , he will reach for the ball , instead of just watching you.

hey Red I'm loving the way the sliders have been working out espically with the movement. Kudos to you buddy. @celg35 Do u mind posting your version of the set with your tweaks?

Greatness...glad to see you came around on my sliders lol...j/k. I think the only thing Celg has tweaked is stamina for User at 60, steals at 57 and steal success at 55 for both user/cpu. He can confirm. I'm going to play with stamina up and see what the results are and at some point post an official revision.

Really digging this set. I was dubious about playing on HOF with clutch factor on, but it doesn't feel cheap like I was afraid that it might be. One thing, though; does the computer shoot over 35-39% for you? I raised mid and 3-point shooting to 45 for the computer and they still struggle from the field. Still loving the set, though.

Haha, I know exactly what you mean. It took me a very long time to get the nerve to play HOF. I think for everyone that uses this set, it seems to vary. If you feel the CPU could use an extra point or two for shooting, then raise it up. Think of these sliders as a base for you to edit. There are changes coming soon, as both Celg and I have been working to improve the fast breaks. Keep an eye out for the update.

Re: RedLogic's HOF Slider set - Shot Stick Timing FG & FT's

RedLogic, your slider is spot on...

Play association with Heat and trade Wade, Bosh and one more center which I forgot who with Mo Williams, Blake Griffin and Karman to avoid dominance for big 3. So far I played 7 games, 4 Wins and 3 Lost. Yesterday won by big margin. Funny thing is I won 3 away games and only 1 home game. 3 lost are at home court. I probably overconfident when playing at homecourt.

                Pro with your slider:
                - Balance on offense and defence by CPU
                - Good defence will take CPU to play smart offence
                - When double team post up player, can steal the ball
                - When losing feels like CPU play good basketball, not because of stupid far away shot which always in eventhough I play smart defence (Double team defence).
                - Both layups and dunks are spot on.
                - Foul with layup and dunks - with this slider player still try to attempt to play smart layup or dunks (Double clutch layup probably the right words).
                - Contact shot is good
                -

                Cons:
                - No fastbreak (Hmmm for me depending how you describe fastbreak here) IF asked CPU to run after get defensive rebound then it's impossible BUT if you know that you will get defensive rebound, I normally select one player to run forward and then just pass to him...
                - Pretty hard to have alley oop to Blake Griffin even I play pick and roll. Any suggestion with this not to harm the gameplay itself...

Alright, so I think I'm finally about to start association! I've been using Makeufamous' 3.0 sliders with a few tweaks for the lasts few days, thinking about using your's for association. I have an important question, and I need an open and honest answer...

I already know your gameplay is good, but do the teams and players play like themselves? I know a major plus to MUF's set is that with tendency sliders at 0, the players play strictly to their ratings.

To me they do, I've never thought anything like the players don't do what each guy does best. Just play a couple games with the sliders and see if you like em. I can't guarantee these sliders any better or worse than anyone elses. Just depends on ur preferences.

I'm glad you enjoyed the sliders. Trust me when I saw, I'm very aware of the fast breaks (or lack there of). I do notice the game sometimes doesn't give you fast break points when you do get them but that only happens once in a while. I (along with Celg) are working on changes to help remedy the situation. Of course, any feedback is welcome regarding ideas. I like to think of the sliders as a starting point for a lot of people, and you should never hesitate to adjust where you feel necessary. Oh, and turn up alley oop success if you need to.

Don't get complacent at home too! lol

I will try your updated slider and give feedback. Is this the final version based on your discussion together with cleg or just your own opinion?

I am averaging about 10 - 14 fast break points a game. Sometimes higher and sometimes lower depending on opponent and my coach sliders. Overall, you should see a lot more fast break opportunities with the adjustments on page 1 highlighted in purple.

Has anyone tried the revised version yet? Curious to see if you got results similar to mine, as in a good amount of fast break points. Tx
