Re: Jesus's 2k12 All-Star Sliders
Okay I think I just had one of the most fun games i've had with these sliders.
Warriors(me) vs Pacers(cpu)
Points: 102 109
FG: 40/91(43%) 38/83(45%)
3P: 6/23(26%) 8/20(40%)
FT: 16/20(80%) 25/29(86%)
assist: 19 18
Rebounds/off.reb: 45/7 53/9
Turnover: 6 11
P.I.P: 50 50
Fast break: 26 18
Box scores:
Pacers 26 26 23 34
Warriors: 19 23 27 33
Pacers:
Granger: 29pts(12-20) 11reb
P. George: 23pts(8-14) 8reb
Collison 17pts(4-10) 7ast
They had 5 players in double digets
Warriors:
Curry(played awesome and real) 33pts(13-24) 8ast
Lee: 30pts(12-24) 18reb
Ellis(only 4 pts in 1st half) 26pts(10-18) 4reb 4ast
Wright.... 2pts 1-10(all those shots were wide open)
Fun game with realistic gameplay, i really liked it and im getting the hang of itComment

Re: Jesus's 2k12 All-Star Sliders
Congrats. Im glad somebody had a good experience. I know I just had to get adjusted to the new player movement and the game itself. But the sliders I always thought played well. I just knew i had to step my game up. Which I think is most of the people that are having issues. The set makes you better every time you play. Or atleast it should, if not dont worry NBA Live will be back next year.
I'm not exactly hitting 45% with offensive teams, I'm getting around 39% with a team like Mavericks. This has happened a couple times now where I can't make an open shot. Not sure if it's my shot stick timing. I'll try turning on Shot feedback.Pound The RockComment

Re: Jesus's 2k12 All-Star Sliders
I am feelin' your pain...I'm bumpin' myself down to Pro unfortunately...
...I get my a$$ handed to me in the very first quarter every time, so I think I need to get back to the basics. If you find a good set, lemme know, because I've been back-and-forth between ALL and combining them, etc....it's been crazy.Currently playing on PS5 & XBOX SERIES X:
- EA Sports College Football 25 - PS5
- MLB The Show 24 - PS5
- The Elder Scrolls V: SKYRIM - XBOX SERIES X

Re: Jesus's 2k12 All-Star Sliders
I play with the game speed at 49 for a bit more of a weighted feel, I shoot my own shots and the freethrow can be what ever you prefer.Comment

Re: Jesus's 2k12 All-Star Sliders
FINALLY!!! I just had my first winI think I'm slowly getting a hand on the defensive mechanisms and therefore my whole game improves
I always managed to kept the game close(biggest lead for SAS was about 9 points) and late in the 4th Kevin took over. In the last 2:30, he made several big shots for 11 points and sealed the deal
I made slight changes to your standard sliders:
Steal Success 30(CPU)=>I'll try to lower it for HUM too
Quickness 5(HUM and CPU)
Fatigue Rate 68(HUM and CPU)=>Maybe 69 would be the right one
Play Passing Lanes 45(CPU)
Shooting Foul Frequency 77(CPU)
Gameplay impressions:
-No more weird steals in the paint for the CPU..but now I had themStill gotta figure out which value is the best
-FT difficulty at 80 is too high(both for HUM and CPU)
-Both teams missed a lot of open jumpers..seemed kinda realistic too me
-The Spurs didn't really look for Duncan in the post..maybe a coach profile problem
I'll keep you postedComment

Re: Jesus's 2k12 All-Star Sliders
Here's another one of my defensive games, went old school so i turned down fouls.
85'Celtics(me) vs 85'Hawks(cpu)
Points: 91 73
FG: 40/78/(51%) 32/79(40%)
3P: 3/14(21%) 0/5(0%)
FT: 9/17(52%) 8/13(61%)
assist: 16 18
Rebounds/off.reb: 43/7 46/13
Turnover: 8 11
P.I.P: 32 40
Fast break: 5 14
I played a slow transition offense, so did the cpu but their fastbreaks were football passes lobbed over all my defenders and they would get it perfectly, not even a bobble. One thing that needs to be fixed, what would you recommend?Pound The RockComment

Re: Jesus's 2k12 All-Star Sliders
Try this:
Quickness 5(HUM and CPU)
I only get football passes when playing against the Heat..Comment

Re: Jesus's 2k12 All-Star Sliders
For those that are having trouble with turnovers and shooting %, I can tell you first hand that actually calling and running offensive play sets will give you a better opportunity to score and minimize t.o.'s. Whenever I inbound the ball or the defense has a chance to set up, I run a offensive set. Stars like LeBron/Durant/Dirk have pages of plays and the options are limitless!! I've been running with these sliders since release day and imo, these are sim like sliders and should play like such. In other words, you cant force the ball like past 2K installments.Comment
