I left everything as is, except changed Mid Range for User to 46. Those are highly subjective depending on results. I think I ended up lowering steal success to 52-53 for user because 55 was WAY too high. If you make the changes I mentioned, the game should play better. I need to double check as sometimes I make very small changes (like one point either way) on some sliders but wait to post them here to see how they affect the game. Let me know if those changes help.

Tried this with two more games - First vs the Hawks, I encountered the streak of bricks but manage to get back and get closer to the game. But after mayo's open baseline three, hit the side of the board, and last second "slip" by chandler that left horford open for a layup, i lost by 1, 81-80.

Next game vs Wizards, the streak of bricks happened in the 1st, with them leading 26-12, then I slowly climbed back and got my first lead in the 3rd, and pull away and winning 82-72.

So far, it improved the gameplay and the off nights. somewhat making the game more challenging and close.

JUST FOUND THE SLIDER SET FOR ME!

Wow! What an enjoyable game....and I lost by 16. But I deserved to lose because I didn't play well and it was @Miami. LeBron was having himself a night. Everything felt great. It was not only fun to play, but fun to watch. I still have to play more games with these, but so far they are looking fantastic. Roster specific isn't really an option for me right now as I'm too deep into my franchise, so this was with official 2k roster & 12 min quarters.

Quarter By Quarter Numbers:

Now I really don't watch enough NBA to know how realistic those numbers look. The game felt great though. I didn't feel cheated. I felt like I lost the game. In places were I felt like I played well, I was rewarded. Look at the 3PT numbers for the Heat; 0-6. I was contesting most of those shots (look at my block numbers), but they missed at least one open three. It was glorious. In places where I felt like I played poorly, I was penalized. I can't wait to play more games using these sliders. I might have to make some slight tweaks to suit my skill and style but that's how it goes.

Note: If anybody is having trouble applying sliders from 2k share to an in-progress Association, do the following:

• Load Your Association
• Set Game Style/Sliders To "Default" (*NOT CUSTOM*)
• Save Your Association And Quit Association
• Load Slider Set (Load/Save>Slider File)
• Load Association (Load/Save>Association File)

Voila. If you had your sliders/game style saved as Custom in your association file, it won't bring over the new custom sliders that you downloaded from 2k share even if you load them before loading your association.

Hey Buddha, great post! I'm glad you enjoy the sliders. I've always thought that when creating my sliders it was more important to get the feel of the game right, then work on the stats side of things. Anyhow, I've made some small adjustments to the sliders which I have posted the first page. They are changes I've suggested to others which I have been playing with for the last 7 games. Also, I am using the default 2k roster as well, I couldn't stand to look at D'Antoni's smug face anymore LOL. ANyways, i'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the sliders. Happy gaming!

Yes, that's correct.I know they are kinda all over the place. I updated a bunch of sliders with 4/9 next to them. If you see that, you should update the HOF to those settings.

I played 4 games and the game somewhat became more exciting. Managed to win all four games but in close games. I will try to play more and let you know should there be any issues.

Hi Redlogic. I wanna give a try to your sliders. I'm a newbie :P and i'm tired of default settings so I wanna change something. Reading several threads in this forums, I think that in theory your sliders are the best. But now I have 2 simply questions:

1. Do this sliders work also on PRO difficulty (I'm a newbie )

2. Do this sliders work well with Default Roster??? Or your advice is to use only with Bed's Rosters???

I would try at least Superstar. But u can try lower and see if it works.

I would raise difficulty to Superstar because i had a very low score game (Grizzlies (me) @ Jazz 83 - 67) and, most important, CPU missed a lot of mid range shoot and did 0 three pointers... I defended quite well, that's sure, but they missed also some open shot!!! I had also a 55 % field goal so better i raise difficulty :P

Def try Superstar and don't be afraid to try HOF. I promise the game plays fair. I also have been using default rosters and have adjusted sliders to work with them.

I tried All-Star first, and I say that is the right difficulty for me (I'm a newbie don't forget it ). I tried Pacers @ Bucks and it was a great game... I lost by 16 103-87. I had realistic score and realistic percentage. I lost cause of my errors not for something else... I will keep that setting until I will win easily, hoping that day will come :P

having trouble to score from mid jumpers and i noticed that the cpu will take a lot of time on the shot clock regardless of teams
