And yeah, rotations aren't mandatory for Quick Games, though the Roster is not really made for Quick Games either so that might be a reason you are having some troubles.

I suggest setting up a Playoff Mode or a Season Mode so you can get Player Speed down to 0 which I think really brings out some of the great animations and speed differentials in this Roster. Season is especially fun because you can set it up, with full rotations, and just play the games you find appealing. I usually pick the lesser team, or if I FIND they are evenly matched, I'll be the road team.

Just a few suggestions for ya.
    thanks…

I wonder why 2K added the option to adjust player speed & game speed in every other mode except QP 0_o

I heard that if you adjust the Player Speed in Association, then save your Profile that it translates into Quick Play, but I have not tested this, so it could all be hearsay...

      PHI (USER) vs. NYK (CPU)

      Notes from the game:

Defensive Clinic. Both teams were atrocious from mid range and 3 because of great perimeter defense/defenders on both teams. Points in the paint were high in terms of the totals, but not in terms of %. We had 12 Blocked shots in this game, 4 coming from Marcus Camby alone. Chandler had 1 as well, but he fouled out about halfway through the 4th.

Jason. #$%^ing. Kidd. I have never felt so threatened by a PG that didn't score the ball. His passing was deadly. This game mirrored realism in the fact that it seemed like Kidd's superior court vision really increased the quality of the look as opposed to when Felton was in. In 25 minutes played, Kidd had 8 PTS, 8 AST, 5 REB and a steal. Classic Kidd. Felton had 7 PTS (on 3-11 shooting) with only 1 AST.

High Rebounding Numbers. Obviously if both teams miss more than their share of shots, the rebounding numbers are gonna sky rocket. Since both teams shot either under 40% or slightly above, the rebound numbers were high, especially with glass eaters like Bynum, Camby, Chandler and Hawes in the game. Hell even STAT looked focused on the glass... All of them had great rebounding numbers...

      Bynum 12 REB
      Camby 12 REB
      Stoudemire 10 REB
      Hawes 9 REB
      Chandler 7 REB

Remember... Chandler was in foul trouble most of the game and only saw 20 minutes of playing time. Imagine if he'd played 30-35 minutes...

High Turnover Differential. I should have taken better care of the ball, but then again it was hard to force New York to make mistakes when they have the tandem of Kidd and Felton versus my tandem of Holiday and rookie Wayns. Tell me who would average more turnovers. haha. Turner was a main ball handler through most of Holiday's time sitting, but he couldn't find his shot and rushed things at times.

Overall, a great feeling game, did not see much I wanted to change. I noticed that only 1 alley oop was thrown. A great one, at that (Kidd backdoor to Amare) and only one DUNK ON occured which was Anthony on the break over rookie Wayns. Realistic. I'm gonna try and play a game versus whoever Miami has coming up to see how their offense flows with the new tweaks, but I am pretty confident that it will be a CHALLENGE! haha

Hey bud, I've tried the sliders out, and love them, but I always have fatigue on. I'm a little hesitant to take it off because I want players to get tired throughout the course of the game, and progressive fatigue to occur throughtout the course of the season. Will post stats from a few games today.

Just confirmed that saving your user profile/settings in association mode with player speed on 0 does not allow you to play quick play games with 0 player speed.

What fatigue sliders are you using? Because playing with no fatigue is a big deal for me. I need some good sliders for 12 min/q , and which sliders should I raise/lower?

The sliders are made with the Fatigue factored in. Just don't turn Fatigue Off in the setting menu. The Fatigue/Stamina sliders will make them tire at a realistic rate.

a trend I've noticed with sliders are that the USER always ends up with more FTA, TO & 3PT FGA than the CPU… and also the USER ends up with less FGA & Second chance Points than the CPU.

these are trends in not only this project but also a few projects here on OS. I hope this can be fixed.

Well that is all based on how the USER plays. I shoot a lot of 1st half 3's for some reason. I always have like 10+ attempts in the 1st half, then when the game starts coming down to the wire, I play more inside.

And the USER would have to have less FGA if they have more FTA, just the way the game works out. But I have had games where the CPU DOMINATED me in every area that you spoke on. Its probably more of my style of play than anything.

yeah I understand what u are saying but then according to what ur saying… every user player plays the same way because I always see gamers post their final game stats & see the user has less FGA, team Fouls & more FTA, 3PT FGA, Turnovers, PIP than the CPU.

I'm gonna play a game now using your latest everything. I'll post stats if I get to finish the entire game.

also, I'm gonna play vs a bad team… I'll be the heat vs magic who shouldn't be very good this year.

Hmm. I've never really noticed. Good catch. I'll have to take that into account when I play my next game. Maybe I'll consider turning the CPU Shooting Fouls down a little bit and see if that helps with the FGA/FTA conundrum. Also, I have been tweaking the Pass Accuracy and Play Passing Lanes sliders, lowering them both on the same scale to try to work it out so that more non-steal turnovers occur. Should be better with the next tweak update. Good luck with your game, I look forward to hearing about it!

                                Hi guys,

I just wanted to drop by and give you my humble feedback. I got to play four games as Knicks in Season mode so I can try zero player speed.

-The game score and other statistics are great. Pretty realistic.

-I see some great alley oops by CPU. It doesn't happen all the time but when it happens it's very satisfying.

-CPU Nash doing fancy pass is great to watch. Very fun even when I'm losing

-Stealing and blocking is much more fun due to slower animation speed for players. It feels like I have more control when executing blocks and steals. (as opposed to the feeling of random luck when I play on higher player speed)

-Player speed differentiation is very noticeable. This is a good thing in general but I find it is too easy to score with your fast guard. On average, I had about 10 layups per game with Jason Kidd. He's not the fastest guard but using picks and basic iso moves, I was able to fly by Mario Chalmers, Austin Rivers, Jeremy Lin, and Steve Nash. Once you get past them, there is no way they can catch up so while this is realistic, I somehow managed to earn way too many open layups. (If other CPU player comes to help, they often end up fouling me. Very easy points either way.)

Overall, this is a very good slider set and Thank you for sharing it.
