I thought SS was going to be too hard for me as well but it was fine. I used real Fg % instead of shot stick timing because I am bad at shot stick and prefer real fg %. I had to play well on SS but I never felt that the CPU was cheap or unbeatable.

I use these on All-Star on 8 minutes/quarter and with Real-Player-FG%. I have a few issues with the game which might not be necessarily related to your sliders, these might be general game issuses.

      - AI players move too quickly. Even if they are completely out of position, they manage to regroup perfectly in split seconds.
      - Even the slowest PFs and Cs keep up with me on fast breaks. AI-guards always wait for me at the rim to prevent easy layups.
      - A bit too many steals and turnovers for my taste.
      - Pump-Fake always leads to a steal if the AI does not bite and jumps.
      - Contested momentum shots go in like butter, but settled wide-open jump shots from guys like Ray Allen and like hit the rim 9 times out of 10. AI never misses wide-open jump shots, no matter how bad of a shooter shoots.

These are the stats of my latest game with the Pacers:

      Pacers - Bobcats
      73 - Points - 83
      26/50 (52%) - Field Goals - 33/59 (56%)
      7/15 (47%) - 3 Pointers - 6/12 (50%)
      14/17 (82%) - Free Throws - 11/13 (85%)
      1 - Dunks - 7
      4 - Fast Break Points - 19
      28 - Points in the Paint - 46
      6 - Second Chance Points - 6
      22 - Bench Points - 33
      20 - Assists - 22
      3 - Offensive Rebounds - 7
      19 - Defensive Rebounds - 21
      6 - Steals - 12
      6 - Blocks - 1
      10 (16) - Turnovers (points off) - 16 (12)
      9 - Teamfouls - 11
      3 - Biggest Lead - 26
      16:07 - Time of Possession - 15:52
      2 - Timeouts Remaining - 2

Sessions and Walker were killing me, getting at the rim at will. I managed to go on a 16 to 0 run in the fourth quarter but it was too late. The Bobcats shot 18/23 (78%) from the field and 4/5 from the 3-point line in the first half, they were unstoppable and my players missed everything.

Do you have any advice for me? My biggest problems are that the AI dunks too much on me because my defense overreacts to screens and leaves open guys whereas I rarly am able to dunk myself (or even do a layup). Second, my players do way too many turnovers resp. the AI has too many cheap steals.

      Thanks for any help.

I've noticed the same thing as well, it’s difficult for me to execute a fast break because someone is waiting under the rim. I also noticed the fast break issue from last year with the CPU taking off with 3 men after a missed shot, but my coaching sliders helped that a little. Overall these are great sliders, but those are the issues I have had, but it could be because of poor execution on my part.

Played two games so far in my Wizards association with these sliders. Vs the Mavericks, Dirk was killing me in the post. Lost by 5. Vs the Spurs i won in OT cause Beal and Wall went off. It was the second game of a back to back for both of us so bench players played more than starters. Both games had great FG % and etc. even the fastbreak points were good but i guess having the fastest man alive (Wall) fixes those problems lol

          Great Sliders!!

I have been able to stop some issues with defensive bc focus.. I don't wanna move crucial sliders down or up because it would affect core gameplay too much.

The fastbreak issue is not new to me as well. It's been there from the beginning, but just like in real basketball.. it helps to cut off the ball handler as soon as you see him takeoff. That will make your .ai friends cover ground and theyll set up an offense.

A big thing that helps me is jot staying in the backcourt trying to grab a cheap steal. As I do this a lot. Lol.

Re: JA Money14's NBA 2K14 OneandOnly Realism Sliders

Just tried the updated tendencies, this time on Superstar. Stuck with the Mavs, went against Clippers, won 104-97. Percentages were great, we went 46/45/83, they went 45/34/85.

Problem is still mostly the threes, both teams took 29 each. Both fast break points and points in the paint could see a bump up, as it was only 6-2 and 34-36 respectively. Dirk and Marion took 9 shots total, although they both played 30 mins. Vince jacked up 10 threes and Harris 7. Blake Griffin for them only took 8 shots in 38 mins while Chris Paul took 17 in 28. Jared Dudley took 12.

I think your last tweak was in the right direction, however I'm going to try going further with them tomorrow, will post how it goes.

1.8 Sliders with real fg% instead of shot stick timing. I had a fun game. I was the pelicans and we had solid D all game although I was sloppy on offense. The game played well. Some lopsided stats but realistic given how each team played. I gave them a lot more possessions but shut them down on them. I also drove the basket often drawing fouls and getting to the line. Here is the team stats line.

CyberOps, bumping up the difficulty gives the CPU a background boost to their attributes. http://www.operationsports.com/forum...fficients.html

Just played another great game as the Pistons vs. the Lakers. I won this one as time expired and it was amazing! So far this game was the highest scoring game I've played so far, partly because of the Lakers weak D I assume. I got off to a hot start scoring 60 first half points, leading by nearly 20 points. I held the Lakers to about 35% shooting in the first half. However, the Lakers made a huge comeback and I failed to adjust defensively as the Lakers shot over 60% in the second half and actually took the lead momentarily late in the 4th. I really need to do a better job defending the PG's off the pick and roll, and when they penetrate. Nash had 20 points, after only 2 in the first half. After I get that under control, I'm sure the opposing teams PIP will start looking more average.

The only problems I saw in this game were the blocks again, as Monroe had 5 blocks shots, 4 in the first half.

Also, I'm not sure if its still a little too easy to score down low with bigs sometimes, at least as far as FG% is concerned.

Still loving these sliders! And enjoying the fact that it's rare to score well over 100 points, even though I did this particular game, thats not the usual circumstance.

first of all... props to the sliders bro...
I usually love AND hate new NBA 2k that comes out jsut because I know I will have to wait a while or have lots of trial and error to find just the right and realistic slider... and the ones I usually find online right after the release are all bs, but this one was great.

Had quite a nice game clips (me) vs rockets just around 100 for 11 min two nights ago when I played it with your slider...

However, maybe it's either because I am now more comfortable with the controls stick moves or that I adjusted all the coaching profile to dpower's profiles... my game against the warriors seemed to be super high scoring a(near the 120s for me, score was 125 - 100)... it just felt that I was able to get open shots or easy jump shots a lot more and cp3 was able to score a lot of and 1 lay ups. Overall it felt really easy to stretch the lead (only times they catch up is when I start to get aggressive in passing lane steals, which leaves players on the warriors open) I did try to turn down the inside scoring or layup or contact, but seems when I do that, everyone just ends up missing all these shots unrealistically... any thoughts?

also in another game both me and the other team (clips vs rockets again i think) ended up jacking up shots quite early and ended up with another high scoring game...

I am thinkin it could have something to do with the streaks? because there was a game where i put it on 10 min and both teams scored under 80...
