Yeah I've found the game to be very streaky, I love it though. I had a game where I shot under 40% in the 1st and 4th quarter, but over 60% while scoring about 40 points in the third quarter. Even after that third quarter outburst I still managed to barely break 100 points.

Re: JA Money14's NBA 2K14 OneandOnly Realism Sliders
first of all... props to the sliders bro...
I usually love AND hate new NBA 2k that comes out jsut because I know I will have to wait a while or have lots of trial and error to find just the right and realistic slider... and the ones I usually find online right after the release are all bs, but this one was great.
Had quite a nice game clips (me) vs rockets just around 100 for 11 min two nights ago when I played it with your slider...
However, maybe it's either because I am now more comfortable with the controls stick moves or that I adjusted all the coaching profile to dpower's profiles... my game against the warriors seemed to be super high scoring a(near the 120s for me, score was 125 - 100)... it just felt that I was able to get open shots or easy jump shots a lot more and cp3 was able to score a lot of and 1 lay ups. Overall it felt really easy to stretch the lead (only times they catch up is when I start to get aggressive in passing lane steals, which leaves players on the warriors open) I did try to turn down the inside scoring or layup or contact, but seems when I do that, everyone just ends up missing all these shots unrealistically... any thoughts?
try upping the cpu awareness' if it is consistently too easy. And make sure you're not unintentionally abusing them.

Here are my stats:
Speed 49
Team: Knicks
Shot: Real FG%, because I want to focus on basketball fundamentals vs playing a "game" of shot stick timing. It allows the players to play as if they would in real life and within the parameters of the game/sliders - not dependent on external variables such as failing to memorize the release of each player or a cat running across my lap.

It can be easy for some people but different games yield much different results.

I love this as well. I found this when most of my scores are lower (of course my team is Orlando..) and others are high. Nice variation instead of similar scores every single time.
Also, do you think CPU hustle has anything to do with that? and what did you exactly mean by not unintentionally abusing? like using exploits of the cpu?
Lastly, since this high and fast scoring only started happening after using the coach profile, you think that has anything to do with it?Comment

Thanks will try that!

It doesn't seem like that's an issue however. & if the profiles are creating problem for you then don't use them. They don't pose an issue with me bit everyone's experience is different.Comment

I thought there were a lot of fouls but I checked it against the league average and it shocked me but they were spot on.Comment

Re: JA Money14's NBA 2K14 OneandOnly Realism Sliders
After 4 games, I'm really enjoying these sliders. Every game has been a tough matchup throughout, with plenty of lead changes.
My only issues are that the games are usually low scoring (low to mid 80s), especially considering I am playing as the Thunder.
I've also lost three of those four games, but I mainly attribute that to being fairly new to the current controls (I haven't played a nba 2k game since 2k12), and my supremely limited knowledge of how actual plays are run :PComment

I was so happy with these sliders that I decided to start my association. My first game as the Pelicans was great! I focused on turning the ball over less while still pushing the tempo. I think I succeededEvans had a great game putting up 25 and winning Player of the game. Holiday and Aminu were both struggling with ankle sprains but Evans and Rivers stepped up their games. Re: JA Money14's NBA 2K14 OneandOnly Realism Sliders
These sliders are playing really well aside from a few wonky plays by the computer from time to time, unstoppable drives, etc. One thing that did strike me was how few turnovers there were on both sides. Just played a game with Memphis against Indiana and there were a combined 13 turnovers. Most of my games follow this trend with turnovers in the single digits for both teams. In 2012 the Knicks averaged the fewest amount of turnovers in the league per game and that number was at 12. This isn't really an issue on my end, because there are games where I'll get up to 15-20 turnovers in a game...but the computer seems to never commit turnovers. The most I was ever able to get cheesing and just trying to force turnovers was 15. Any recommendations to cause a few more errant passes/bad plays by the computer?Comment
