I do it with my Kindle Fire, so it's just the default if I have Amazon coins it gives me the option to use them. I think you can install the Amazon marketplace and do it that way. I know others have succeeded.

Thanks. It turns out it's only for people in the US anyway so I am ineligible.

Which sucks because I've got an Amazon gift card to burn.
