How many credits did it cost you to get Andre if you don't mind me asking?

Two of the 1,200 hot streak packs and some game nights. I think just under 4k total.

If I do that again this week, I can get 8 Playoff Cards I probably can't dupe, and two POTG Singles which will never be given out for free again... and that's what they're doing.

They're talking about how they're going to give away a bunch of better cards between now and the calculation date, but the part they're (obviously) not saying is that to duplicate any of them will cost significant money.

I mean, I am right around Tier 3 and I suppose once they announce what Tier 5 loyalty reward is, I might get it just since I've already vowed not to spend next year ... or I might just quit.

I haven't decided yet.

Just caught up with all the announcements and reactions...lesson learned from all this: If I decide to play next year game, I'm not gonna invest any money or heavy playing time until around the time when the final tier is out and events' rewards become ridiculously generous. As for this year app, I think I'm officially done since I have 35 points, enough to be in tier 1 but FAR from tier 2.

A big part of the problem, for me, is the training grind. I have like 14 or 15 PO singles that need training, along with 3 pros that aren't fully trained. I estimate around 3,000 QGs to train all my current cards ... or I can get out the credit card and buy up trained Rares/SR/UR from other people to short cut it.

Everything leads back to the credit card.

It aint that bad and the more I think about Im liking it more. Sure we dont get to stage 3 or 4 but everyone that is now at stage 1 should be able to go to stage 2.

I agree, but as people have said. Some have lots of Pro Stars, MVP, etc. And all those cards are worth nothing as far as loyalty.

On the flip side, all those cards help you in RTTC to get the next PO tier card.

I guess now I will just grind to get into tier1. I don't stand a chance at getting tier2 with out dropping hundreds $ on credits.

First of all, i dont think the following is the best opinion and its not like 100% what im thinking, but still:

To CatDaddy you are of course more loyal if you pay hundreds of dollars instead of paying nothing at all.
They have to pay their staff, servers and stuff (i dont know anything about hosting a smartphone game, so this could be incorrect ).
So purchasing Credits is the ultimate way to show loyalty to the company that created this game you like that much you even grinded for top25 in RC (well some of you xD), as they gave you this game for free in general.
Maybe its wrong to complain that they dont give you even more for free, just because you used that free stuff a lot.

Now as i said thats not 100% what i think, espacially as purchases you made more than 2 months ago probably dont help you for those loyalty rewards at all

If you can get to 13k in stats on the 2v2 and you have another PO Pro that you play carefully (need to win 2 of 4 opportunities to tie), then you can win +7. 15 PO Pros will do it, with careful play. If you can make a row of RC Pro / POTG Pro level cards... that's even better as they are certain to win you the 1v1 matchup.

I can imagine that most people think it isnt that bad, but people who have grinded all year at this app mostly do.
Like said earlier, most people grinded months on star tier to get some dupes without AH. Then PO tier and AH dropped and those months of hard work quickly became irrelevant and now just PO tier matters.
People who started 2 months ago could have a deck of the same strength as people grinding all year.

I dont want to sound condescending, but in my opinion, that IS bad...

Yea... I understand your point and we(most of us) started from the gecko and tapped our *sses off to get so far. Only to see that this could be done in 1 month.

If you guys can remember before there was a RC's we also grinded hard(basically for nothing). I think we shouldnt look how others can increase their deck faster just bc the joined later.

untrained po cards count as much as trained ones. so as long as you dont want to dupe them leave them untrained
