I think i found out what the problem was, when the rttc started you have restart the app or else you are going to get +0

I always start at 12:01 and haven't encountered an issue. If you start right at 12, possibly you get 0 points. It's happened to me before, but only when you start at 12:00 sharp.

i waited till 12:00 then start the app this time, no problem for me

I doubt it since I usually start right on time but this problem has been happening to me only the past 2 RttCs.
