How exactly did you try to amend your mistake? You pocketed 5k credits after the deal. Even if you give it back he only receives half of that so he still loses almost 4k in credits while you lose nothing...?

Dont agree to a deal and then back out mid deal. That is scamming no matter how you try to make it sound. But see ya man. Good luck making anymore deals on here.

I wonder if there is a way to ban known scammers on this main thread.
