2K15 app came out a week or two after the console game was released. I remember it took longer for it to be released on Apple's app store.

as others have said, drop rates for other tiers do seem slow for me too, I used to get a star while in PO tier every two days, I haven't got one in a week now.

I've also been playing this game very little lately, so that could be it too lol

I do draft a lot of UR and SR tho, very rarely epic, legs and stars. They're almost better than PO cards now since you can at least sell them, ha!

30k games won. AND, i'm still not even in tier 1 of the loyalty rewards. Am i not loyal enough? Atleast CD awarded me with that verification screen to see that i am not a scripter lol

I get they want to use the amount of PO cards as loyalty reward for those paying customers, but the amount of games played should give you points as well, like one point towards the loyalty rewards for every 5,000 games or something like that.

The Melo can't be drafted. They can only be obtain via the 60,000 credit pack or from AH. This is from the one that lost in the Lakers vs Knicks RC.
