Never know there are more Bulls fans than OKC! But unfortunately most of the casual fans will flock for KD if he is the RC card.

The RC card never decides the winning side, unless you're talking on name popularity alone.. Only the top 100 pick their team based on actually card stats/team needs but they contribute so little to the overall win total

True but OKC will have more of the bigger names anyway... Westbrook, Harden, Ibaka...

Nothing was added... yet. It's the preparation "update" that'll put the next RC cards in and make the pregame go live at 12:00pm PDT on Wednesday. There's always one of these a week on Monday or Tuesday to prepare for the next event.

I doubt it. I see a lot of Steve Kerr +43 All stats and they don't even sell at minimum.

I find from my experience that it based a lot on luck. Finished 10+ PO seasons started at various times of day and haven't found a good time to start. Some season I have the best lineups and some seasons i don't.

If I have lots of boards cleared but still I don't get a reset, with the opportunity to make the playoff tier and get the playoff card they give you the first time, should I wait until I get the reset and then make the playoff tier or it doesn't matter.

If Star matters to you (like they can be useful in any of your Deck), you should wait for you reset in Star and then claim your freebie in PO Tier. Out of curiosity how many boards did you clear?
