Do you know (roughly) how many boards you have cleared? Depending on that I would decide. Cause if you have to clear 100 more boards I would jump to playoff.

I find from my experience that it based a lot on luck. Finished 10+ PO seasons started at various times of day and haven't found a good time to start. Some season I have the best lineups and some seasons i don't.

its all timezone + luck. in all of my PO season wins i would start on a specific day(s) at a certain time and i'd only have to deal with 2-5 other humans that are beatable. My current season however may break that, i'm kinda tanking and noticing how many actual humans are in my season. should be fun crushing some PO Finals dreams

If Star matters to you (like they can be useful in any of your Deck), you should wait for you reset in Star and then claim your freebie in PO Tier. Out of curiosity how many boards did you clear?

I didn't track it but more than 700 games and all last RTTC without a reset.

i would say go in po tier.
every reset you get now in star would bring you closer to the next po card (after freebie)

Yes your freebie then resets your board count

Yes. If you have 200 boards cleared in Star++ tier, and before you get your Star reset you move up to PO and get your PO freebie, then your reset counter resets back to zero.

Visual glitches I think. You are supposed to lose. Haha. It happened to me before.

No. You lose your enhancements when you combine your card. If you have two cards that you want to pro, then combine them first before adding enhancements
