I think he is partially lying I bet they coulda adjusted the clock if they want to but they let it run as it is. Can you imagine them making a mistake giving us extra day on Rttc? I bet if that happens on Rttc they woulda adjusted the timer right away. They did it for the money.

Exactly what I responded to GameDad with. He claimed the team decided instead of changing things up mid event to leave things as is. I mean, it's not like they changed Dwight's stats mid event or changed the event start/end times for RTG (in the Supercard app) before. Oh wait...

Anyone notice that in every tier from Leg and up and it's the same players over and over and over again. Even special edition, mvp, hof, record setters, pnp, all star, greats etc. Scrolling through the players list while in the AH just had me noticing many of the same players each team has numerous times.

Maybe a new system needs to be thought of for 2k16 with more depth to the game and play styles. They got the addiction part down, but it's obvious with every tier it's the exact same thing; same player with a different background and a higher price and somehow we get suckered into it.

I would much rather build up a rare Kobe into a Star Kobe, by completing various tasks throughout the life of the game instead of there being a different one for every tier rendering the last one and all your work useless. This way we can build up a team with our favorite players and go to war with them throughout the life of the game and we wouldn't have so many similar teams. I would like some skill to be required and not just blindly tapping and letting the computer do all the work for me in seasons.

At least this way I wouldn't feel so silly playing this game as much as I do. I can seriously go all the way to the final greats card in RTTC without looking at the screen. The skill required to be good at this game is approximately 0.

C'mon CD, as much money as this game rakes in how about giving us something that makes us successful by having to out-think our opponents.

You know that's the truth. They've done emergency game updates before so it's far from impossible. Nobody would have complained.

That's why those are called emergency updates. If nothing crashes or alters gameplay in an unexpected manner, than you don't do anything about it. Don't fix what's not broken.

An event running a day longer than it is supposed to alters the gameplay in an unexpected manner wouldn't you say?... not to mention results in players that had a specific goal in mind needing to spend more $$ to achieve that goal...

Yep that was me right there. I had enough credits to hot streak my way to top 100 for a sunday finish. The extra day killed my plan and cost me all my credits. Thanks CD.

So you think if they "accidentally" extended RTTC an extra day there wouldn't be an immediate fix? The game wouldn't be broken after all, just an extra day...

I think this is a great idea. Building up your commons to playoff tier. Much like the mycareer in nba2k where you started as an undrafted player into becoming one of the star players of your team.

They can even leave it to us on what attibute we can upgrade every level much like an RPG.

That would be a completely different game style for sure... I wouldn't mind playing a game like that.
