Just beat Kerr on +4 which is good info for next RTTC hopefully. Does the +4 change difficulty from the 7th card all the way to the second great?

Depends. If you think you can reach the next loyalty tier or have many Greats singles, go for a Greats pack.

Also a question. Do seasons have a cutoff for collecting your rewards like RC and RTTC? I don't think they do but I can't remember.

My season ends when I'll be out of town without internet access.
