Log in and out of the app to get AH working again.

Search under THEME for RIVALS. You might want to filter just PO if that is what you are looking for since the Leg and Star losing ones are available as well.

I don't have an answer for you but just wanted to comment on how people are grinding to stay top 100 or 800 and here you are stopping 2 days before it is over to stay at top 25, incredible.

would buying fully trained epics be the most cost efficient way to max out my PO pros?

Not sure how many epics it takes to train a pro. 5 UR's train a pro (600 credits BIN) and I have to believe that it will take more than 2 epics (480 credits BIN) to train a pro.
