What about the guys that broke into that next higher tier? We should all be applauding their hardcore effort and tenacity to not give up and grind till the very end, yet these guys are getting no recognition. I hardly believe that the server targeted only these guys as the ones to let get through; they def worked just as hard throughout the week and probably fought through the same exact network issues. REALLY unfortunate bumps to some of our own forum family, but to look at the ones that bumped them as undeserving, or to not recognize one hell of an effort they put forth, is just wrong.

As we have said on here before... RESPECT THE GRIND!!!

I agree. Playing the console My Team brought me here. Haven't played it in a while but could pick it up again if there is some crossover.

NW, as an avid player of myteam on the xbox 360 with great players both by the consoles' standards and by the apps' standards, how excited should i be for this next update you keep teasing us all about? what should we expect from the next update?

I don't think that is what anyone is saying at least rationally. What they are saying is there is some number of people who who wanted to try just as hard as the ones who got in but were unable to due to factors outside their control (server issues). I think the people who grinded in were great and did just what they should. As a precedence this shows that future server issues or factors outside of some players control (but not others this causing an uneven playing field) will not have anything done. I am not arguing for any players in particular.

And to reiterate the issue, we have had people report varying amounts of how much they couldn't play. Chyeeah was able to until 7 minutes. Twista 15. One of my friends 15. Tomblacheck said he had issues up to 2 hours before. One of my friends was 15. I had more or less no issues and a few others reported the same. It was probably an *even* chance that any one of the players could experience issues but it was an uneven/"unfair" that some got it and some didn't. If everyone was flat just stone walled 30 minutes before I don't think I would make as much an issue.

I agree on the more strategic game modes a la magic. Howeve, i wish they could find a way to carty over some if not all of our cards into the next installment. I approach this game as a collect em all type activity more than a game so it would be nice if we can continue to build our collection. We could jus t retire and not continue to draft the 2k14 edition cards but may have limited access on it on the next installment. The legends are too hard to get and the rivals too consuming if its all for naught and throw awAy everything in the next installment.

Yes each player could have played more earlier in the week and got higher, but there was most definitely some players who were able to play late into Sunday and others weren't. Yes someone is left out but it should be because of things the player did, like not playing more earlier or thinking they were safe, and not things outside their control like server issues.

The third installment of Rivals Clash will always have an asterisk mark for uneven competition...what a shame

I really hate to say this, but to all of you complaining about not being able to play your games and miss out on a card...this is a mobile game. Nothing more, nothing less. This was made to suck people in to spend real money for virtual cards. People are giving up their weekend to stare at a screen for hours upon hours. Seems like this is becoming more of a job than just something to do to kill some time.

Yea , I could see some kind of way of getting vc for quick games , which would be cool for those who play , I haven't ever since this game sunk it's teeth into me

This rival event won me a season , first in like 2 months , got Jordan , magic and epic shumpert , went from 4th best team to best team, in finals ,up 2-0 and looks like guy I'm playing threw in the towel , no recharge on 3rd game , will post rewards later

In a season with someone using Beng23 as their handle. Poor guy has ratings between 3000-3200. He's probably the second best team in the season and has lost only one game, which of course was to me.
