Just a reminder to everyone playing that the AH market is dropping a little bit day by day as to be expected, but I wouldn't say the Leg AH marketplace is dropping off. Reason being 95% of players haven't even reached Epic Tier yet. Probably only 10% of players are even Ultra Tier and up as of now. The reason you might be seeing timeouts on those Legendaries is due to VERY few people needing them because they either: are not close to Legendary Tier yet and therefore don't need it; they don't want to spend an enormous amount of RP when later on the prices will substantially drop and they have no sellback value; most people are looking for dupes on the AH and if they don't have the legendary that matches up with your auction why would they want to spend the RP on it. Overall there's just not enough people at the max tier yet, which is to be expected. The casual players who makes up the majority of the marketplace are still in the lower tiers. It sometimes won't seem that way to dedicated fans because they only interact with other dedicated fans through things like forums. Those of us that are in Epic, Legendary, Legendary++ etc. are basically the 1%, nothing to do but wait until the rest of the community catches up a little.
