Overall, probably not. I could see it if you are in rare or SR tier maybe, but other wise you'd probably be better off using that RP toward a specific card on AH.

I think the guaranteed tier pull reset is totally random. I got a Shawn Kemp as a freebie for hitting Leg QG tier, did not play much at all after that. Played around 200-300 games (not board resets, but only games) and got a Russell Westbrook.

I did charge my way up to Leg+ though so maybe that's it?

How's everyone 'wild card' drop rates in Legendary tier?
I pulled 3 wild cards on the first 1300 games progressing through tier (rare to epic). It's been 2000 games (legendary tier) since then and I haven't gotten any.
You guys think CD nerf wild card drop rates once you hit legendary tier. The thirst is realll for wild card, I have bad luck buying extra packs lately.

Same here about the wild cards, I drafted 3 of them to on my first 1500 games (roughly), also got 4 of them from opening 9 Extras Pack but since October 9-10, Extras Pack have not dropped Wild Cards like the first time I tried. I blew through 60k RP just today, got nothing. Same with a friend, spent 40k RP himself and could testify that Extras Packs were a bit 'generous' a few days back compared to now.

Same experience here. I was double picking for most of those first 1200 games and got 4, but I've seen none in the next 1,000.

The level-up cards also seem to have slowed down quite a bit.
