Hi, a quick questions to all you pros out here:

How do you pro a foil card? For example rival reward foiled UR Whiteside, do I need three more of his foil card? Or can I pro him with normal cards?

You can pro him with normal cards

I'm still looking for a team. I'm Epic tier but am about to go towards Epic Plus once I pro Kemba and another UR. As my sidebar says, I'm eastern US but am not sure how geography adds up for team games.

you can pro a foil version with normal cards, just make sure the foil is in the middle slot
